Holy fuck... Morocco is out with a 2 goal difference against France, this means African teams are totally out of the competition, France would compete against the winner between Switzerland and Belgium. This is heartbreaking for both Morocco and Africa as a whole. France has perfectly continued from where they stopped with Morocco in the last world cup with same results. Better luck to Morocco in 2030, it's a wrap for them in this competition.

Did it come as a surprise, any team facing France don't put too much hope on them, France are dominating the World Cup, It's been looking good for them since the start of the World Cup, and they've taken this commitment through every stage of the tournament, this is not a surprise victory for me, although since it's a final, I expected Morocco to at least secure a goal before the final whistle.

Couldn't feel more or less sad for Morocco and that is because of the statement made by their prime minister earlier today.

It was quiet unfortunate that after his word which wasn't necessary they got knocked out from the world cup. He let the whole thing get into his head. Africa is one, we support all our brothers, but coming out to say that Morocco is not playing for Africa but for Morocco was to me wrong.

Though that doesn't have anything to do with why they lost as this is just a game of luck like we all know.

Morocco and Cape Verde were the African teams that made the best impression in this tournament. And out of the 10 AFC teams, Morocco looked like the strongest team. But their defensive approach against France was expected. Along with Spain and Argentina, France was one of the toughest teams so far. Anyway, apart from Tunisia, all the other African teams performed well. And FIFA should seriously consider increasing the spots for CAF. Currently they have 10 spots. How can you justify this, when CONCACAF has 6? Teams like Haiti, Curaçao and Panama qualified from CONCACAF and were not able to compete against the other teams.

For Morocco to be at this stage shows that they are not an easy opponent. Without being told, Frence is the best team in this World Cup tournament, but I think the game would be a little bit difficult for them because Morocco will want to make use of this opportunity. Though they have to be extra careful with the game because the experience of France players are far better than theirs.

But since it's obvious that anything can happen in the game of football, they can still turn things around for France players tonight. Anyway, let's see how it goes.

If there's anyone who's saying Morocco would be an easy opponent for France that person is mistaken and the person have not been watching Morocco's matches in this World Cup. Morocco is strong and they have shown they can be a difficult opponent for any team they play against. But I think they wouldn't pass the quarter finals round, because France has a better team and individual players than them, that's the advantage France has over Morocco.

I slept off, so I didn't watch the match, but with the look of things, I think the match was quite tough for them. It was around the 60th minute before France scored their first goal, which I wasn't expecting at all, because with the way France players normally apply pressure in competitions, I thought they were going to distroy Morocco in the first half. It looks like you took the Moroccan sport minister irresponsible state to heart, but I don't think you have to do that, because I believe that with such pride coming from the Moroccan camp, down fall will be very close by waiting to happen, so am absolutely not surprised by their elimination from the world cup.

As for the game yesterday, their performance was even more worse than I thought because I initially thought that they were going to compete against this French team, but I was wrong because it was a total dominance from the French national team, and the 2-0 winning doesn't really reflect on how the final result would have been if the French team were more clinical in front of goal.

I'm even tired of Morocco drama all the time with those talks, more than mine countries in Africa was in this world cup but I didn't see any country expresses how they only want to be alone or saying they don't need Africans to support them, actually they are so full of themselves, if Africans were supporting them doesn't  mean that they are going to share the trophy with every country in Africa if they won, actually there are some things that makes no sense to say, imagine what a whole minister will come to the media to say. Perhaps he got the bad luck he wished for because they're not in this world cup again so he wouldn't be telling anyone to stop supporting there country.

I think some of the statements made back then where unnecessary, football is meant to bring people together and people will support whoever they wishes to support. No one is asking for a share of the trophy it's just fans showing support, but I also think it's important not to Judy an entire country based on comment from a few people. Every country has people with different opinions at the end of the match football should be about enjoying the contest.

I have concluded a long time that I am going to witness another France Vs Argentina final in this world as the tournament continues to unfold to me because the consistency of France in this tournament from day one is top notch with the fact that they have the squad that can deliver, in the game yesterday, France really dominated that game till the end which shows their depth as a team and how deadl the can be in this tournament. Because we have seen what Morocco has done to other teams in this tournament from the group stage and they eliminated Netherlands through penalties too, and this is not their first time getting to this point in this competition too. But France showed class yesterday and proved that they are one of the  best contenders for this world cup trophy this season.
