Morocco is out with a 2 goal difference against France, this means African teams are totally out of the competition, France would compete against the winner between Switzerland and Belgium. This is heartbreaking for both Morocco and Africa as a whole. France has perfectly continued from where they stopped with Morocco in the last world cup with same results. Better luck to Morocco in 2030, it's a wrap for them in this competition.

Did it come as a surprise, any team facing France don't put too much hope on them, France are dominating the World Cup, It's been looking good for them since the start of the World Cup, and they've taken this commitment through every stage of the tournament, this is not a surprise victory for me, although since it's a final, I expected Morocco to at least secure a goal before the final whistle.

Couldn't feel more or less sad for Morocco and that is because of the statement made by their prime minister earlier today.

Morocco and Cape Verde were the African teams that made the best impression in this tournament. And out of the 10 AFC teams, Morocco looked like the strongest team. Anyway, apart from Tunisia, all the other African teams performed well. And FIFA should seriously consider increasing the spots for CAF. Currently they have 10 spots. How can you justify this, when CONCACAF has 6? Teams like Haiti, Curaçao and Panama qualified from CONCACAF and were not able to compete against the other teams.

Without being told, Frence is the best team in this World Cup tournament, but I think the game would be a little bit difficult for them because Morocco will want to make use of this opportunity. It looks like you took the Moroccan sport minister irresponsible state to heart, but I don't think you have to do that, because I believe that with such pride coming from the Moroccan camp, down fall will be very close by waiting to happen, so am absolutely not surprised by their elimination from the world cup.

As for the game yesterday, their performance was even more worse than I thought because I initially thought that they were going to compete against this French team, but I was wrong because it was a total dominance from the French national team, and the 2-0 winning doesn't really reflect on how the final result would have been if the French team were more clinical in front of goal.

I think some of the statements made back then where unnecessary, football is meant to bring people together and people will support whoever they wishes to support. No one is asking for a share of the trophy it's just fans showing support, but I also think it's important not to Judy an entire country based on comment from a few people. I have concluded a long time that I am going to witness another France Vs Argentina final in this world as the tournament continues to unfold to me because the consistency of France in this tournament from day one is top notch with the fact that they have the squad that can deliver, in the game yesterday, France really dominated that game till the end which shows their depth as a team and how deadl the can be in this tournament. Because we have seen what Morocco has done to other teams in this tournament from the group stage and they eliminated Netherlands through penalties too, and this is not their first time getting to this point in this competition too. France national football team performance was good in the last match because they did 2 goals in this match and opponent team did no goal in this match. Mbappé was a person who did first goal in this match and he did this goal at 60 minutes when there was pressure environment for both teams And he gave his best to do goal in this match and he was successful in his Mission. Dembélé was a second person who did second goal of the match and he did this goal at 66 minutes and he did this goal for the team . Morocco national football team have to do more goals in this match to win this match but their performance was less as comparison to opponent team and they could not do anything in this match. The shots of that team were 5 by that team and 1 shot was on target and overall performance was very bad in this match.

This statistic about African football surprised me: of all the players in the World Cup, +400 are from Africa. That's incredible. Obviously, it's the African diaspora, which includes descendants, naturalized citizens, etc. This defines the significance of the African player base. Maybe the can brag about reach the quarterfinals in the World Cup twice in a roll, it's worth bragging about cause most other African countries couldn't do it. I'm a bit disappointed that reaching the quarterfinals has become a standard for African countries and only country Morocco has done it, other African teams need to sit up.

We have quality players in Africa most of them are doing extremely well in Europe but I don't know why no African country is yet to reach the finals, I'm not talking of winning the tournament cause it would be very tough, reaching the finals could motivate other African countries to sit up.

The match was tough, in fact it went as i speculated in terms of toughness, but Morocco couldn't hold on for too long during the second half. I've always maintained that for some countries that have exceptional players, those players will always stand out, this was exactly the same thing that happened in this match, after Mbappe scored, the next person was Dembele, it shows that individual brilliance came into play. Morocco are good in close marking and creating an easy pass for themselves, but they had a very hard time to score in the beginning of that second half, if they had scored, their morale would have been increased to maintain their style of play.
