2 games are currently being played in the final round of the group stages in group B, both are playing draw in the first half and it all ended in a draw then Egypt and South Africa will be going through to the knockout phase. Well even when the group was scheduled both South Africa and Egypt are both favorites to qualify in the group B.

South Africa are playing 1-1, well it been entertaining so far, South Africa scored first as they have been dominating since the kickoff whistle but Zimbabwe were back in the game in the 19th minutes. Well I gambled on South Africa to win this game I really hope they come true.

Egypt game have been silent, no goals and just a few a couple of shot on target and it not even by the Egypt team but by the Angola team. It been super competitive and it Egypt don’t focus in this match Angola night snap up a win. Let see what action the second half brings.

Ivory Coast be Cameroon match yesterday was interesting. I don't know that Cameroon can play ball like this. It has been long I watched Cameroon games and yesterday I was impressed by their performance. Ivory Coast first goal was cancelled and they scored another one again and Cameroon scored back to draw the game and end game with 1-1. And the Match I noticed something. Cameroon players.were very happy and excited but Ivory Coast plyers were not. They were saddened.

Amad Diallo showed himself as an international product of Manchester United, I decided to watch him and see if there will be difference from him on this national match but he was the same Amad Diallo of Manchester United, he is the best scorer of Ivory Coast, his country effort has only been giving only a goal from the both match, Ivory Coast got a clean sheet from Mozambique but when it gets to Cameroon they score 1:1, it will be the only serious match Cameroon and Ivory Coast will have on the group F, Cameroon will win Mozambique on the last match and Ivory Coast definitely will win Gabon. The saddened face of Ivory Coast you see could be as they no that without wining Cameroon they're not sure of first position because the first position is always better because the country they would meet will not be strong as the one going to face by the second position.

South Africa are feeling the heat, to be honest I don't think I would see SA struggling in this AFCON with how serious they were in the world cup qualifiers or are they just showing off their strength because they have Nigeria in the same group as them and with the bragging right each time both countries clash, is it the reason? The only two countries with good football during the world cup qualifers where South Africa and Nigeria; the rest were not tough opponents. However, Nigeria was the favorite to qualify, but they jinxed it intentionally.

If I am rating teams in this AFCON, we should be calling Morocco, Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, and Cameroon. I dont rate South Africa much in this competition. 2:2 now for Zimbabwe and RSA.

Very interesting game of football between Cameroon vs Ivory Coast. It really seemed like the finals as the both sides kept asking a lot from each other, the Ivorian players making more attempts at scoring and I bet you, if the Cameroonian defense hadn't been alert, there wouldn't have been a reason for fans to crack their heads as to who the better side was because it would be the side that won and not the side that gave their all go defend. Good game and now the both sides can go home with a point each and hope that their various last games would turn out in their favor.

We are watching Africa Cup of Nations and we watched last match which was two sided because no team could be dominant in this match and Diallo was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 51 minutes and we saw no goal in the first half of the match as Ivory Coast football team performance was good in this match because they tried to be dominant in this match and their shots were more in this match . The shots of Ivory Coast football team were more in this match and these were 12 And 2 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was excellent in this match and that was 51 percent in this match. The shots of Cameroon football team were less in this match abe these were 10 and one shot was on target And possession percentage of that team was 49 percent in this match and.

Congratulations to Egypt and south Africa they have have qualified from the group as first and second respectively. Egypt had already qualified before today's match because they won their first two matches.
It was not an easy game from South Africa as Zimbabwe with their tricks made life very difficult was the Bafana Bafana team, although they managed to win I strongly believe they have so much to do in ensuring they will move further than the next stage.

I'm surprised we struggled against teams like South Africa to qualify for the World Cup. I watched today's match against Zimbabwe, the performance was amateur, how we did not qualify is a big distress after seeing how South Africa performed in the game that just ended.

If this is the performance we will see in the AFCON, that means only the North African countries and maybe Senegal would be a threat to Nigeria winning the AFCON, the rest of the performance from other countries are looking average and a walk through for Nigeria.

South Africa is one team that I trust their resolved, their game against Egypt showed that they are a strong team and even if not for the penalty that is still seem to be controversial that game would have been a goalless, however those strong composition Nigeria met during the World cup qualifiers against South Africa was not smokescreen, those guys are a team to reckon with. They've just won Zimbabwe 3-2.

Not so much action happening for the weekend in terms of sport and it was either me watching GoldenState Warriors or the defending champions Cameroon, and am surprised that a game that looked like one without goals has produced a both teams to score and Ahmed the United player got a beauty of a goal and now it's back to square one for both.. is it possible to have 4 goals or this ends as is  

Amad Diallo really scored a spectacular goal against Cameroon yesterday but unfortunately an own goal that was conceded just 5 minutes after Amad's goal denied Ivory Coast a win but both teams are leveled in points and occupy 1st and 2nd position in their group. It was surprising after they finished the first half in a goalless draw only to return for the second half and played a BTTS. After those 2 goals it was very tough for both teams and there was no further goals as you anticipated, it just ended in that 1:1 score draw.

The matches today had so much heat right from the beginning till the end. We saw South Africa have not so easy a win against Mozambique with a goal difference. Both teams had the best play today scoring back to back goals and bringing in the fun to the game.

Another entertaining match today was the Egypt vs Angola match, where Angola dominated the game to my surprise and displayed an outstanding performance. They took control of the game taking over the midfield and having multiple goal threatening chances but could not convert anyone.

Egypt on the other hand, had quite a good game with a great goal keeper performance that stopped several chances alongside their defence line. Both teams played really well and you just cannot tell which side would have gone home with a win, this both teams had a good game and it's only fair the match ended in a draw.

South Africa later won the match with the scoreline 3:2. South Africa is trying in this competition actually, they've won two of their games if my memory serves me right and even defeated the team that held Egypt to a draw, although they lost to Egypt but I think they're doing fine. They would advance to the next stage having finished 2nd on their group table. They would be playing against group F runner up in the next match.

The energy has changed completely immediately they confirmed their qualification for the world cup and Nigeria needed this very force they are using right to be in that qualification for the world cup but I can't understand the fast transition, having Super Eagles playing better without struggling while SA playing a struggling game in this AFCON, that's the switch I'm talking about. I like what I'm seeing from the Eagles but they shouldn't stop now because the next game is the final group game and the next is a one leg game, lose and you're out.
You mentioned Senegal but I don't take them to serious not until I see them in a tight corner because that's when you see a team showing their full potential and we have Algeria as a better side to go far even the Moroccans are having it hard in their group, until the round of 16 that's when we're going to see the nations that will go far.

To be honest,I don't want South Africa to do well, while they might be finding things difficult now, it doesn't disrupt the fact that they are still dangerous and if they make it pass the group stage they can still defeat the best team in the group stage, that's how dangerous they can be.

I knew this last leg wil be fiercely contested I was even expecting an upset; Angola defeating Egypt, I had said it before that Egypt might not win Angola on the last day, I know a lot of people will be disappointed with the way Egypt played and why they had to draw but it was expected by me, if you watch closely Egypt hasn’t been as impressive they’ve just been getting lucky wins and they try to defend so well.

The reason why almost every country finds it easy playing the super eagles of Nigeria especially south Africa in the qualifiers is simply the Nigerian team has never been an organized team during the qualifiers. This is true because during the qualifiers there's little time for the super eagles to Play and blend together as a team that, is why the South Africa team which is primarily made of up players from the south African league always gets good results when they meet Nigeria. But the Afcon is different because this is another competition entirely, here in the Afcon every team wants to get a good result but truth be told from the performance am seeing in the Afcon the chances of African teams going to the world cup is very slime because apart from one or two teams I have not seen any fantastic team that plays with style this south African team can't make it out of their group going into the world cup.

Morocco will follow Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria, and Algeria. Morocco had no trouble securing their place in the next round, as they scored two goals in the first half. The first goal came in the 9th minute and the second in the 27th minute.
If Zambia fails to reduce the score in the second half, I am concerned that they may play aggressively, which could result in injuries to Moroccan players, despite the presence of a referee to ensure the match is conducted fairly.
Mali only needs a draw to qualify if Morocco wins in the third group match.

Morocco is dominating the competition in Africa by its good team, by organising competitions in their country and politically by having a huge influence on CAF.
Morocco is the favorite team in the Africa Cup of Nations. There are other teams that might be challenging like Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria, Senegal mainly. Well there are also other known names but they should prove themselves first.
Diaz is a key player on Moroccan squad and the coach is afraid to see him injured or expelled. That was obvious since he took him out of the last game to avoid seeing him not eligible to play today. Anyway Morocco is leading by two goals and should win their game against Zambia.

The super eagle players should learn to contest. Tunisia's second goal was a Christmas gift, I didn't expect the referee to award a penalty. Secondly, Nwabali's temperament is questionable, what was the need for that inappropriate behavior ? There was an infringement, and the referee already awarded a free kick against Nigeria, Nwabali should have just left the Tunisian player alone.

The super eagles performance wasn’t so bad in the match, they were able to get a win in their match against Tunisia, but am not just certified with the way super eagles played in the second half of the match. I don’t really know why they allowed Tunisia score two goals in the second half of the match, a match which they have been winning comfortably, they ended up getting relaxed towards the ending of the match.

Everyone one have been complaining about how arrogant super eagle goalkeeper is. We all know he is a good goalkeeper, but if he keeps on making unnecessarily mistakes in matches, then they should look for replacement for him.
