a lot of x11 pool is buggy. The website always show lagging information. It update like every 5 mins or so. The data shown is not live. I have seen this on other x11 coin pool as well.

I just found a block on the pool and got my payout, seems fine.  It looks like the cronjobs got stuck earlier, and are catching up now.  The frontend is going down a lot, maybe it's a dos or maybe his other pools are really popular.

when can we expect to see the first exchange ?

Well, I have been contacted by someone from a major exchange, but I'm not sure that it's legit.  If it turns out to be bogus, then we'll contact some exchanges probably later this week, once we get a few projects in line.

For the next few days, we are going to be working on getting more resources in place (wallets, faucets, block explorer, games, website redesign, etc.)

And The Hachet Drop is beginning, so we want to make sure that goes smoothly.

Seriously this has been the smoothest launch I've been involved in.  Might say something in the OP about how people have to set stuff up differently because of X11 but maybe everyone but me just knew that going in.    It would be cool to hold off the exchanges for a week or so if possible.  I used to think differently but as soon as it gets on something like Cryptsy 100 ASIC farms in China will hit and normal people won't have a chance to take part anymore.  The big guys can wait a couple of days to get their Lambos ... I just want one of those new Fiats and a trip to Romania to see Denisa live in concert.
