I verified my kyc which took a whole 55 hours to do even know it should take an hour or less, then after my kyc was verified my account was blocked, they said I had multiple accounts and decided to hold the winnings and close the account, I’ll be lying if I said I wasn’t mad, but all these 5 star reviews on this casino are what made me use the website and I want to warn anyone thinking about it to steer away. They made up claims with no evidence and no truth to it and ended up taking my money. I want it noted that prior to making the withdrawal requests I lost a lot so really my withdrawal would’ve been me breaking even.

Your accusation is baseless here since you don't have solid evidence to back it up. When you are accusing a casino, you have to provide some evidences to back it up and not an ordinary plain text.
