I also experienced withdrawal delay last October 1st. My first withdrawal request was through BEP20, and it was already almost an hour with no TXID or credit yet (pending). Usually, Jackpotter withdrawals are almost instant, so it was quite unusual for me to wait that long.

I ended up cancelling it and changed the network to Polygon. After around 20 minutes, the withdrawal was already processed successfully. So maybe the network was the issue at that time.

Remember experiencing a similar thing with another bookie, I guess some chains take time to be processed maybe because they are low on funds for that particular mode of withdrawal, but withdraw times with JP are reasonably fast, sometimes bothering support over the same sometimes does the trick  .

Multiple people are complaining about this here, on their discord, and in the site chat. Yet they will make no official announcements or responses regarding this. My account is fully kyc as well and i know most of the people complaining are kyc-ed as well. Literally no reason to delay this much other than hoping for people to cancel withdraws.

You can make as many flashy promos and advertisements as you want,but if you make it harder for people to withdraw their winnings, which shouldnt take more than one hour by 2026 crypto standards, It will always be a sub standard book.

Probably mentioned it here a couple of times but can't find it unless some guy like @hosemary digs up my posts but yes, there is a slight delay here compared to others. I'm usually using BEP for the low cost.

IIRC even once over 24 hours despite approval, but they admitted it was a technical issue and I got it right after support spoke.

I don't find this a problem, but I can see people are starting to get annoyed at the wait. Might actually be better if JP publishes a timeframe for withdrawal.

This is serious! But if you think they are slow or using delay tactics, you should use your patient tactics too, since "delay is not denial." The heartbreaking and also concerning part is that you repeatedly cancelled your initial withdrawal only to later lose them. But that's on you, withdrawals should be strict about if the emotion is stable. I've had mine waited for hours too, but didn't touch it, and it was processed, which is the main goal. At this point, you need to watch your psychology towards gambling, as repeated gambling after filing for a withdrawal doesn't speak well of your state of mind towards gambling. You need to calm down.

I agree with you in part. Jackpotter should know the importance of competition in the industry; it will help so well, as withdrawal speed is crucial in convincing customers. At the same time, we should know that they stated 1 minute to 12 hours for approval of withdrawals that's less than $499, which they say can't exceed 2 working days.

Its really strange to see this happening, the other day i request a withdraw and i never received the notification that the withdraw goes good but i have already received the money in my wallet so i think they are having a problem with something in their systems.

But yes i support you in your claim the stage is super competitive and when it comes to withdraw which is one of the most sensitive things for us you need to do it fast and more when you are KYC ed like you said.

Its 30 days as @hosemary said, I remember it, and $10 deposit is quite reasonable actually, but that's only a small problem, I think its not such an unreasonable time, but of course, I do wish it was a bit longer. 3 months seems very fair

I think 30 days is going to work fine for me, but more months would be better.

I wouldn't close the door on them because they aren't quick in processing withdrawals. 

This is one thing I would like to see improved in Jackpotter, but I don't think they are process withdrawals in the same speed for all customers.
I think I talked with one member with account in Jackpotter and he told me withdrawals are always very fast for him.
Being patient is always good, and talking with support can sometimes speed things up.

Hmm,,, well I do not remember honestly how long it took my past withdrawals as I never really check immediately. Gamble, withdraw, sleep  

However yesterday I requested a withdraw of my whole usdt balance, and now it is 20 hours still pending. 4 deposits, this is my 4th withdraw, so I would be just a bit patient before sending support like @notblox1 said. I have to agree,,, better be transparent about it and publish expected times on the withdraw page I guess
