They can basically confiscate your funds from betting, at any time, and claim you were arbitrage betting. This is what betpanda and other scam sites do.

There is no way for a bookie to see when a user is arbitrage betting, as it requires two oddsets/sportsbooks to execute, and they will never have acess to the other side of the arbitrage.

On top of that, I don't see what negative the sportsbook would face from an arbitrage bet, why betby clones are so keen on having this in every T&C I have no idea.

That's right, you have to be prepared.

Because for them, NO-KYC with small withdrawals is important to maintain their privacy, but still, it cannot be denied that casinos have the right to request their documents if necessary.

Good point. This is definitely bad news for punters like me. Sportsbooks usually limit players when they detect arbers, but outright banning and confiscating funds are done by very few unethical sites. They really need to follow industry standards in this case.

They have. Odds provider usually have connection to each other to fight arbitrage betting since this is the common issue against sports bettor that keep betting in a way with +EV.

Not only with betsby but also to fiat sportsbook cracking down arbitrage betting is very strict.

That’s why I’m asking for the confirmed issue that user that truly doesn’t arbitrage betting. Casino usually submit evidence on arbitrator on issue like this.

VPN even it is accepted and friendly by a casino, it is not a reason or tool for people who are from restricted countries in the list for use VPN for account registration and bet on the casino. Because they are prohibited to use the casino and using VPN for this purpose will violate ToS of the casino.

VPN is only helpful for users and accepted by the casino of they are from accepted (not restricted) nations and VPN is used to mask their real IP addresses from better privacy.

I have seen it in many reputed casinos. My guess is that as there are different level of KYC so 1st level of KYC is needed for depositing and cashing out within a range (in terms of $$). However I am in agreement with you that if  there is no KYC at all, asking for this info is kind of obstacle.
I also checked that casino is not claiming to be non-KYC one.

This casino is new here so your input about negative experience is valuable. Provide us proof that casino confiscate your funds and try to give a more detailed explanation on what happened.

There’s no way a casino will just block you just because you made comment about blocked access on sports betting.
