As we surrender our personal info, it is our trust that we rely on. We only hope that everything went okay and the staff handling it will keep their promise.
It’s not just a promise, it’s a responsibility, and there are consequences if they fail to do their job properly. Casinos spend years building their reputation, and leaking or losing important KYC documents or user information would easily destroy their business.
Look at it from that angle. Are they really willing to risk everything because of negligence? Most likely not. That’s why I think it’s better to trust them and not overreact, especially based on things we read online. Data leaks are possible, sure, but it doesn’t mean every casino is careless or doing it wrong.
