Because it would not have solved the problem of the vulnerable position that I put myself in by violating the rules. When you ask them to deactivate one of the account were they able to deactivate it?, well I believe your case was something done unintentional because if the casino was the type that reject a double acceptance of the same data it would have make you no that you have account on the casino before attempting the second one but however since you have only deposited from the second account they will actually no that it was a mistake as you have also contacted there support prior to anything withdrawals but when someone has two and were freely using them without informing the support to deactivate one they might have problem on the two account if the casino finds out.

In this case I can understand the casino. But then the user should be able to use his new account and if they detect the other account with the forgotten email they can not ban him for multiple accounts. If he only wants one  account and only uses that one, he shouldn't be penalized.

The main purpose of setting rules and terms is to protect both the service provider and the customer, not to punish customers. So, as long as you didn’t intentionally violate the rules in order to abuse the system, I don’t see why they can’t be more lenient and help you resolve your issue.
Anyway, if you are okay with their decision, then all you can do is find another casino and make sure not to make the same mistake again.
