What do you mean by the acronym "CLV"? Arbitrage opportunities will always arise between different providers, right? This begs the question: if arbitrage opportunities can't be prevented—though they can be prevented if there's only one provider with identical lines and odds everywhere—then why play at 2up when there are thousands of identical bookmakers and casinos with the same provider?
