I don’t know how I’d feel if I were in a situation where I really needed a quick answer, especially for a withdrawal issue, and they told me the people in charge are on vacation and I have to wait a few days before my case gets reviewed. That would be really frustrating.

That is what must be addressed, and they must also be professional where when one person is on leave then the task is taken over by anyone, unless the person taking leave is not in a crucial position.

The reason is that they are dealing directly with users where user comfort must be a top priority. And actually users also don't care whether they are short of employees due to leave or not. Because as long as the service runs smoothly and there are no obstacles, they will not mind that either.

No matter their line of work they are human too and the decide to take some days off while they also spend some moment with their family.

No - mistakes don't build skills, but they will only prove how good your character is in building your future. Someone with a weak character will give up easily because they think there's no point in trying to fix things – but those with a strong character will keep trying while also improving their self-discipline. Success will not be achieved smoothly without obstacles – you and anyone who wants to succeed must fight until that achievement becomes a reality.

But I wouldn't equate it with gambling – I mean, gambling isn't a place to generate returns and gambling is a place to have fun. Many fall into the trap and are unable to get out in good condition - it all starts with the way they think, and I'm sure their mindset regarding gambling is clearly wrong.
