No matter their line of work they are human too and the decide to take some days off while they also spend some moment with their family.
Second, the issue does not affect the casino service, it just matches search that's not working well so it is not a major issue.
They can take a day off, sure, but that doesn’t mean the business should stop just because they’re not around. In a normal business setup, no matter what position you hold, once you take a day off, someone else should cover for you.

That’s exactly my point. A day off is never a valid excuse. Business runs every day, and customer service should always be the top priority.
They need enough people in place to make sure things keep running smoothly.
No one is forbidding them to take time off for vacation, but there are services that must continue. That is what must be addressed, and they must also be professional where when one person is on leave then the task is taken over by anyone, unless the person taking leave is not in a crucial position.

The reason is that they are dealing directly with users where user comfort must be a top priority. And actually users also don't care whether they are short of employees due to leave or not. Because as long as the service runs smoothly and there are no obstacles, they will not mind that either.

Your statement is understandable, but you seem not to understand my point and the reason behind my statement.
The user got his/her reply about the issue, that it will take some time to be resolved.
1 It is not something that will affect the gaming experience on the platform
2 It won't affect user withdrawal and other important activities. What will be affected is just certain features that the user can still skip for the time been till when the issue is resolved.

However were you able to win the other games?, I was not able to no how you place the bet since it did not show whom you stake to win or other means you staked but apart from the postponded game if this other two Bundesliga team was staked on the home team to win then you have won those games because all the home won, but for As Roma and Torino the home did not win but away was the lucky team being Torino and As Roma lost the match, but hopefully if not this one you might actually win on the Real Betis.
I only won in the Real Betis match, AS Roma made my expectations shattered, just because of that the loser regarding the match being canceled is not a problem if everyone wins then I still win it even though the win is reduced, next week I will try again, I have to focus on one championship only

One thing I like about how you place the bet was the single you gave Real Betis because they were more sure than those of your other games, at least you have recover from the first game you lost, you actually did it as if you knew what was going to happen, if it was the type of game that is betting together those ones that lost the bet would have ruined every wining. What i meant is that if the issue is not a major issue, there's a high chance that it may not be addressed if it happened during the holiday season, which is why i believe it takes some time for the issue to be addressed, while the support team's response to the issue is fast. However, it may take 7days for it to be fixed, based on how i understand the casino technical team's holiday span.

Honestly, some people are making too big a deal out of this. It’s just the search bar not showing games. I don’t see how that could even damage a casino’s reputation.

Even if it’s down for days or weeks, I think I can live without it. If you’re already familiar with the site, you can easily find the sport and check the list of available games, whether live, current, or within the next 24 hours. You’ll still find what you’re looking for pretty fast. Let’s not be too lazy about it.

It’s not a big issue that requires urgent intervention, but there is nothing wrong with reporting it here to draw the casino's representatives’ attention to it so he informs the dev team about it so they can fix it or at least add it to their to-do list.

Yeah, even if it's a small problem it's still good to report it. I use the search bar a lot to save time it really helps me instead of searching manually. Reporting issues like this shows the casino cares about user experience. Also, when the search function doesn't work, it can be confusing for new players who don't know the site layout yet.
