And I think luck is the ultimate here, skill without luck is waste because gambling is a lucky game not a skillful game, you can have the best skill and still lose everyday but if you're a lucky person you can win more than a skillful gambler.

I agree with your statement and I feel you really did hit the nail, most important thing about this whole gambling thing, is the fact that you remain discipline and don't let emotions cloud your judgment like you said, and another thing that is mostly not mention is the fact that skill really do play a huge part, we have alot of people who use statistics and analysis and different algorithms plus computer programs to help predict or take advantage of odds, well luck always factor in but we cannot diminish that level of skill and they make profits.
