I’m trying to follow forum etiquette and avoid cluttering threads. Still learning the proper formats, rules, and expectations. I don’t want to be dismissed because of inexperience or how I’ve presented my situation.

These are serious allegations, backed by proof. I expected at least some feedback or discussion. Isn’t that the point of a public forum? The silence feels off and I'm calling you out.

If my posts are wrong, misplaced, or offensive, say so. This community has never been shy about calling people out before. The lack of response makes it seem like people are being influenced or afraid to speak up.

I’m especially interested in hearing from veteran and long-time members:
Am I misunderstanding something? Out of line?
Or do you also see major issues with Shuffle’s actions toward me?

I'm not whining about pennies here. The damages accrued are hefty and well into 6 figures.

I’m open to all feedback, even if it challenges my view. The goal is transparency and accountability. When the community stops fighting for fairness and respect, we all fail

• I personally invested over $100,000 into what was presented as a long-term Shuffle partnership.
• My referrals generated over $200M in wagers across 500+ players.
• I worked closely with Shuffle’s team early on to help build their community.
• I can back every claim with documentation, screenshots, and correspondence — available for trusted members or public review if needed.

I’m considering reformatting the Scam Accusation post to make it cleaner, easier to follow, and better supported by evidence. I’d appreciate any guidance or feedback before doing so.

We can speculate and make assumptions here, and the truth about your case is up to you and Shuffle. The fact that there is not much discussion does not mean that the community is automatically on the side of the casino, but there is just no way to confirm your claims.

Now I read the initial thread a bit, and I got the impression that you didn't tell us all the details of your case with them. But like I said, that could just be speculation.

As far as I understand, this takes a long time, so it is a logical question: Why did you continue to promote Shuffle for so long, in addition to their 'Bad-Faith Conduct'? If you already have the capacity to bring big players, I believe that every casino will welcome you generously.

I never made any agreement to split commissions with this player.

For example, I am confused by the fact that at the beginning you claim that you never promised or made a deal with the players, while a little later in the same post, you admit that there were some agreements. Even though they are "only two deals", they are still deals.

I know misunderstandings can happen. I’ve always been open to dialogue and, when given explanations, I often gained perspective even if I disagreed. 
But Shuffle repeatedly chose silence, dismissal, or shutdown instead of collaboration. 
Out of all my players across every platform, only two ever had any special deal or exception.

This is a legitimate dispute involving serious account violations and financial harm. If a casino manipulates partner payouts or retaliates financially, why would anyone trust them not to do the same to players? You should care.

You bragged you’re good at busting scams? I challenge you to prove me wrong. Let’s start with the first issue.

Shuffle Violation: Unjust removal of a player from my affiliate code
• No valid reason given
• No evidence provided
• No investigation or due process
• Player removed from my code

Explain how that’s justified under any fair standard.

The player admitted there was no deal. The Shuffle host lied and acted unprofessionally
Ironically, had Shuffle even checked, that player had already been tipped and gifted more than 90% of their earned commissions which discredited the entire claim.


I have records, screenshots, and correspondence to back every claim. I can share them with trusted members or post them publicly in full. If something’s unclear, tell me what to show and I will show it. I will comply with 100% transparency.

You seem to believe you have the right to make your problems the community's problems, and that's where you're going wrong.

From the Scam Accusations threads, we sometimes go and try to help. Some members are more active, but I, for example, only visit the section from time to time and only comment on threads that catch my attention. I am under no obligation to solve your problems that's for sure.

But I guess, when that website got announcement and doing active business here, you (DTs) may enforce its owner/representatives to provide their stand against any allegation.

I understand this is kind of providing support through bitcointalk for any business which is active here.

In the past, if my memory serves accurate, sportsbet and other casino representatives got negged for all of open scam accusation against them until they prove themselves right.

Question: where did you get the Shuffle.com web link from this forum or outside the forum.
If it's from a forum, you should first visit the fraud section about Shuffle.com.
But if you get a Shuffle.com web link outside of course it would be a good idea for you to make accusations in external reviews such as Trustpilot and others.

You need to understand that fraud here is not (moderation) that's the point, all users themselves are aware of the risks, so in the future, look for information in several places first before using the related website.

Appreciate the reply. Just to be clear, I never had any ongoing deal to split commissions with players. The few cases I mentioned were one-offs, mentioned to try and keep things transparent.

I stuck with Shuffle because I honestly believed things could be worked out through proper communication. Instead, I got ignored and dismissed after putting in a lot of time, effort, and my own money. The damage from their actions shouldn’t just be brushed off like it’s nothing.

Yes, other casinos absolutely welcome me and I have since worked with others, but that doesn’t mean I should just dismiss what happened with Shuffle or let it slide. They still need to take accountability and pay the commissions and damages that are rightfully mine. Accountability matters especially in an industry built on trust.

This isn’t only about me. It affects everyone who cares about fair play and accountability in the crypto gambling space. When a site uses its position and power to screw someone over just because they can, that’s a problem for all of us.

I’m just looking for some real answers and a fair outcome here. If stuff like this keeps getting a pass, it sends the wrong message to everyone who actually values trust and integrity in this space.

I see that they didn’t give you the referral commissions you earned and if that’s true, I would contact these players you brought to shuffle and tell them to come to some other casino. Yes there are huge referral commission losses if that’s true but is it a full blown scam? I am not sure. It is not like they seized the players’ money and refused to give them back. I have taken a look to your scam accusation thread and it is a mess. You could have said “they don’t distribute referral commissions” , give amounts and dates, and be done with it. Instead you wrote a damn book about it. (That’s if unless I am missing something else but I don’t think so)

Jackpot.bet contacted me and partially reinstated my account. They had me create a new one, then transferred all my referrals and airdrop points over, along with paying the retroactive commissions owed. That dispute is now resolved.

My advice, if you continue to have problems at every casino, you should consider it professionally when registering at an online casino.

OP - this is the best advice you will get.  Unless it happens to them, most members won't care.  The days of this being a "community" died when Bitcoin skyrocketed.  I used to have a lot of "real" friends here, but most are gone.  Scammed away, scared away, or riched away.

Rule no: 19 implies that mods won't nuke/ban a scammer. DTs could still neg scammers to alter us.

I didn't say I was leaving.  Cancer decimated this community (we lost TMAN and Lauda etc) but we've almost eradicated it, and I'll help everyone build this forum back.
