Personally, I never liked Duel though this feels like a load of crock to me since it is pretty evident that he was shilling for that site in a unique manner. Almost all popular crypto gambling sites have similar risk profiles and none of their customers had their funds frozen.
I would be extra cautious with this site in particular though after their recent coldcard issue linkup. Stick to primarily transacting through your personal crypto wallets people.
Though, there are casinos which comply more with regulators than others, don't you think?
Those casinos which do not care to deal with funds from organized crime usually get flagged by regulated exchanges and other services.
Considering with what happened with Coldcard funds on Duel and their controversial adversiting and blackjack tables, I would not be surprised if there were some regulators were started to punish Duel in some way.
Thankfully, there are ways to use Monero in order to anonymize one's gambling money, but gamblers are not supposed to go through such hassle...
