KYC is something everyone should get used to as a gambler because, it's obvious that almost every Casino is going to require KYC when a gambler wins and wants to withdraw on their first time. Reading your conversation, support did not straight up say you are required to do so. It sounds like the customer support misunderstood you. I think when you said "unable to verify my account by email", support took it as you were asking how to pass kyc or identity verification so they gave you such instructions.

Just to be clear, you were asking about the typical email verification we need to do so after we sign up, no?

Potato chips is right, you've asked for a way to verify your account since it's not coming from your email.
Instead of trying to ask for a confirmation from email, that's a way of verifying your account through kyc.
Since kyc is about verification, maybe there's a misunderstanding on both ends of what you really want to happen since you want them to do it manually.

Just as what Potato Chips has said, this is probably just a miscommunication, support thought you were asking to be "verified" and wanted to go through the manual KYC process.
If you said you wanted to activate your account via email, that might have cleared up the misunderstanding.

Hi, we don’t ask KYC from crypto players in our normal workflow - crypto users aren’t required to submit documents as part of our standard process. The only thing we need to mention is that, as a licensed operator, we must keep the ability to request KYC if a regulator ever requires it. In day-to-day practice, crypto players aren’t asked for any documents.

Hi, we don’t ask KYC from crypto players in our normal workflow - crypto users aren’t required to submit documents as part of our standard process. The only thing we need to mention is that, as a licensed operator, we must keep the ability to request KYC if a regulator ever requires it. In day-to-day practice, crypto players aren’t asked for any documents.

But the question here is whom are you saying the "regulator"? And why and when can they be required to demand the KYC for the gamblers playing at WinsRoyal ?

If you mean that the regulators are the government authorities that can demand the KYC anytime but then those authorities already have the rules to have the KYC for all the customers gambling at the casino. So in that case, by not asking the gamblers to submit KYC, you are just delaying the requirement and would have to enforce the KYC when those authorities find out that you're operating the casino without KYC  Huh

Hi, 'Regulator' means the official licence, and not the government at all. It has nothing to do with any government At the end of the day, it is all up to us to ignore KYC for withdrawals unless a really rare occasion occurs.
