Thank you. I've asked the team about an update on that matter, and it seems they received no private message from that guy since he was asked to do so. So, either he doesn't care, or just someone trying to taint a new casino's reputation, basically a troll. The Wins Royal team has also updated this thread's first post design with new visuals, and it looks great. Fit for a Royal.

Most casinos have no kyc in the beginning. But they have it on their terms of service that they have the right to ask it anytime. And I think that certain amount of deposits are also giving our accounts that notice to them and that's why they start to ask for kyc. So, there are thresholds on our accounts that we're no kyc until we deposit huge amounts or when we are winning consistently. How much did you deposit?

KYC is something everyone should get used to as a gambler because, it's obvious that almost every Casino is going to require KYC when a gambler wins and wants to withdraw on their first time. Every gambler who is not too comfortable about to giving out their KYC should just avoid certain Casinos and only deal with Casinos that doesn't require KYC before withdrawal can take place.

Reading your conversation, support did not straight up say you are required to do so. It sounds like the customer support misunderstood you. I think when you said "unable to verify my account by email", support took it as you were asking how to pass kyc or identity verification so they gave you such instructions. Just to be clear, you were asking about the typical email verification we need to do so after we sign up, no?

Potato chips is right, you've asked for a way to verify your account since it's not coming from your email. Instead of trying to ask for a confirmation from email, that's a way of verifying your account through kyc. Since kyc is about verification, maybe there's a misunderstanding on both ends of what you really want to happen since you want them to do it manually.

The system sends a link to activate the account via e-mail, but when the account verification link in the received e-mail is clicked it generates an error, as shown in the link below. So I asked customer service to manually activate the account. I also asked if KYC is required for withdrawal and they replied with the statement that I need to upload documents to verify my account. So then, they did not answer my question about whether KYC is required for withdrawal. I wonder what the statement "No KYC" means. https://i.imgur.com/QXWkUEs.png

If you said you wanted to activate your account via email, that might have cleared up the misunderstanding. Also, per what's written on the first page, the NO KYC policy is for crypto-users. You can read more about their KYC Policy here: https://winsroyal.com/kyc-policies

So I am not a crypto user ?
I think by definition, a crypto user is someone who uses crypto to place bets on their site, not fiat. So, no idea. I guess, only you can answer that. What is the best way to find out if KYC is required for crypto withdrawals at this casino ? Asking if KYC is required for a crypto withdrawal does not seem to work.
I forwarded your concern/question to my contact in the Wins Royal team, and they should make a statement about it soon. In the meantime, have you tried asking the support team on the website to activate your account again?

If you have no idea whether or not I am a crypto user, then why did you make the statement "NO KYC policy is for crypto-users. You can read more about their KYC Policy here: https://winsroyal.com/kyc-policies" ? Usually when someone makes such a statement, it means they think the person is a fiat user.

Hi, we don’t ask KYC from crypto players in our normal workflow - crypto users aren’t required to submit documents as part of our standard process. The only thing we need to mention is that, as a licensed operator, we must keep the ability to request KYC if a regulator ever requires it. In day-to-day practice, crypto players aren’t asked for any documents.

Withdrawal times vary on the VIP level, standard accounts should get their funds within a few hours, upper VIP levels can withdraw instantly.

And why and when can they be required to demand the KYC for the gamblers playing at WinsRoyal ? If you mean that the regulators are the government authorities that can demand the KYC anytime but then those authorities already have the rules to have the KYC for all the customers gambling at the casino. So in that case, by not asking the gamblers to submit KYC, you are just delaying the requirement and would have to enforce the KYC when those authorities find out that you're operating the casino without KYC

It has nothing to do with any government At the end of the day, it is all up to us to ignore KYC for withdrawals unless a really rare occasion occurs.
