I've always liked football, ever since I was a child. I used to play with friends, and during the games we'd choose teams from the Premier League and La Liga. I also enjoy playing football games on the computer, which is why I prefer to bet on football in sports betting. For me and most Nigerians football is the king of all sports. Football was a must-watch in my house when growing up so naturally I developed a passion for the game. That's what we identify with. Most gamblers prefer football  because it is popular all over the world. And we can enjoy football almost all year round. Almost every day  there is some  match held and we get the opportunity to place bets. For those  who participate in daily gambling, it becomes easy to place  bets on football matches. Soccer is a sport for all humans, although not everyone but it can be said that almost everyone likes football it is a fact today, this sport presents an interesting game on a large field that is 110 meters long and 75 meters wide and is played by 11 players by always using expensive strategies and interesting to watch if teamwork and individual abilities are included in it.

I'm one of those who choose Football as their favorite sport, both for playing and betting. It's not without reason. Football is universal, has a large fan base, is affordable, and I play it often. It's arguably the only sport I truly love, and I enjoy everything about it. Because football is my passion, I naturally understand and know a lot about it, including match schedules, team conditions, and more. Therefore, betting on Football isn't just about betting, it has its own unique value. You probably understand what I mean.
When I bet on Football, regardless of whether I win or lose, I enjoy every aspect of the game, and while waiting for the outcome of my bet, it feels truly amazing.

I like football too, but I stopped betting on it because I'm sure other players can bet and analyze better than me. This could be true for other sports, too, but I just have a clear understanding of my strengths, so I switched to ice hockey, which I really enjoy and have been following for a long time, analyzing teams, rosters, and players. Moreover, I understand that my results there are currently better. I'm not sure this will continue, and it could just be a case of increased luck, but I'll only know that after placing a huge number of bets, as my sample size is still very small.

You've tried finding information on sports that are very exotic by gambling standards, and it's truly very difficult. Football, however, is much easier because it's the most popular sport, and journalists do all the work for you. All you have to do is go to a news site, and you'll know everything about the team, any conflicts, injuries, transfers, and even rumors. This makes our job easier when choosing bets and analyzing matches. But if you choose a rare sport, you won't be able to find anything relevant, which complicates everything.

At least we don't see too many fixed matches in compared to boxing, UFC where some random YouTubers would fixed a match with some broke former professional boxers to steal our stakes   - no surprises.

Sadly that is true. It's one of my frustrations with Boxing, too many fixed matches nowadays that it becomes boring to watch. You can tell which matches would probably be a fixed or exhibition match too, even just by glancing who's fighting. This mostly happens to old fighters, trying to prove they are still relevant to the boxing world and paired to a hot shot, rising rookie with very few experience but big fan base.
UFC sure is the same too.

UFC is the same? Not at all, boxing is just too visibly fixed and UFC is a little different. There aren't sold matches in UFC or if that happens, that's extremely rare but it's worth to say that in UFC, if someone is Dana White's favorite, they have a higher chance of winning and robbery happens. For example, Petr Yan was robbed against Sean O'Malley because Sean is Dana's favorite superstar. Dominick Reyes was also robbed against Jon Jones. There are some robberies in UFC but if the fighter is truly good, there is nothing to do. Look at Merab Dvalishvili, he was one of least favorite fighter of Dana White but he won 3 matches in a row, none of them was sold and that's clear.

By the way, I love betting on Football and MMA (particularly UFC events). I bet on whatever I enjoy and these two are definitely on the list.
