You can use Standard Swap Mode. If we detect a high AML score, your transaction status will change to “Contact Support" Once you contact support, they will ask you whether you want us to process your transaction for an additional fee or if you'd prefer to receive a refund.

Noted... But I think the process could be automated to eliminate the need for a support. Once the AML is detected to be high, a prompt will pop up on the screen, telling the customer that the swap will need to use the No AML swap to execute. If they confirm, the fee will be recalculated and the transaction processed. But if they decline, their refund address would be used.

It's hard to say, every coin has a different maximum AML score %, and sometimes it varies, but I'd say that above 60%, you should usually use NO AML Mode.

A manual exchange works a little differently than a regular swap on our web.

First of all, the fee depends on the amount, we can set a fee tailored to your needs. You know exactly how long the exchange will take, no KYC, no AML, and no verification of any kind.

You specify the amount, we set the fee, you receive a Letter of Guarantee from us, and we finalize the exchange.

Previously, we processed manual exchanges starting at $250k, later, it was $500k, and now the minimum amount is $1M.

If you wish to use this mode, please contact support in advance to confirm the INPUT COIN and AMOUNT, support will then let you know whether NO AML Mode is currently able to process it.

In Standard Mode, the average per swap is still around $3,000, maybe even a little more now, around $3-5,000.

In NO AML Mode, however, the amounts are much higher, which is why $10,000 is actually quite a bit below average.

This might be correct when the matter is not deeply examined. I have seen services like Mixtum which has lasted close to a decade but still has good escrow funds. To us in the forum, we might have trusted SageSwap, but remember that anyone getting to know SageSwap today will also look out for escrow just because they are new to the service.

I understand that escrow funds is something that is just tied up, instead of using it to increase reserve. But if the funds doesn't affect the operationality of the service, I advise it should be there and consistent.

yeahg, that's very important information, there is no doubt that other competitors in your niche are also being harassed. It would be interesting to know which agencies from which countries they are coming, not that you need to share them, just a curiosity of mine.

I think about this a lot. I always wonder how non-KYC services like casinos, exchanges, and swap services get harassed by law enforcement. There is a reason some of them fold after some time.
I know it can'tpossibly be easy to keep denying them what they want, because they come in different forms. Worse still, there is little you can actually do to them. They are the government. They can make doing business difficult for you if they want to. I can only imagine what mixers go through, especially in European countries with the strict regulations.

The owner of SageSwap already knows all these things and he's confident that there's not much need to add extra escrow amount that's his own choice. As far as I can see he's truly dedicated to his platform and a service like Sageswap can make enough profit by providing its services so the more users = more volume on the exchange and if a platform is genuine and gains trust of users for long time then there's no such need of adding extra amount to escrow balance. But yes ongoing marketing is an important part of long term growth and in that area SageSwap is doing well since their signature campaign is active once again.
