Is "no" is a question in your language?
Can't "no" be used as an end-of-sentence particle in Japanese to make the other person know that your sentence was a question?
Did you mean the question marker "-ka", or the word "ne" that could be translated as "isn't it?"?
What do you need translated?
chinese..maybe?
Do you like Asian food?
