I think only few casinos that I have seen responding to their costumers so easily and or even being that active on their ANN thread. There will always be a need to communicate with someone from the casino, or a representative. Lately, I've even lost faith in live chats. These days, you run into people who don't know what they're doing, and you end up chatting for ages, only to hear them say, "We've added your report to the system, keep an eye on your email", and so on, the same thing they were going to tell you by email. I don't think its a huge requirement to have 24/7 support, the fact that its accessible on a daily basis makes it more worthy to gamble there. However, for beginners, they might need long hours for customer support but after their concerns will be given solutions, then that would be good enough.

Also, one can ask his friends who recommended that site if ever the customer support isn't replying, so its not really a big deal for old and new gamblers. And considering the fact that casinos have almost the same rules, except for some exceptions, then gambling on a casinos without 24/7 support is not bothersome.

I dont really think that customer support is that important. I contacted customer support only in one csino in which I played, because their webpage had vague information. Later I found out that information was vague on purpose, so they can scam their customers.

Customer support was of no help as they provided me with wrong information. I got my refund after I wrote negative review.

I don’t really see this as a big issue. You can easily check if a casino has live support, it’s usually visible right there on the site. From that alone, you can already decide if it’s worth continuing to play or not. Most of the casinos I use have live support anyway, so I don’t see why I’d choose one that doesn’t.

Email only support means you can never get an answer from them. Sent email gives zero guarantees it will be replied or even read. Difference between live and email support is that you can ask live support until you understand or problem solved. Email support answer can look like copy/paste from ToS with additional "decision is final". Often by contacting email support in casino you get reply, not solution.

Some times I prefer to even use email to contact support or even social media handle is better for me most times to get quick response to issues, most times i don't even contact support I go straight to the social media handle that Way the respond is fast. That's true, because effective support, even if slow, is better than fast but ineffective support. Now that AI has arrived, many services are using chatbots to help users with problems, rather than live support. They write vague messages and don't properly answer questions. This is how these services show they can respond quickly. But this is more likely to irritate regular users, as it would be better if these services, in our case online casinos, simply told users, "A real person from support will be here in 10 minutes." While that's a lot, if they really help, any gambler would be willing to wait.

Though not entirely 24/7 support but the fact that they are communicating and they have that resolution when it's needed that's considerable, as even they are promoting that they've got 24/7 assistance but if the time frame of resolving your concern still takes time then it can be consider as same process, though most gamblers especially those who keeps on playing wanted to be heard and wanted to have communication it let them to keep the trust high since they are being accomodated when they need the assistance from the casino support team.

However, when 24/7 support failed, they have redirected you to email support. I have been in situation, when there was only email support, you send them a letter and wait. Wait for 10 minutes, for 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days. Then I have sent them another letter and kept on waiting. After two weeks sent them third letter. I think months or half a year has passed and I still dont an answer from them. I would prefer that 24/7 live support would say that I am scammed, banned, will ne ignored, then just waiting. Email is such a thing, that it takes nothing to delete it and act like nothing has happened. Live support at least give any reply something.

Maybe from their end they may be trying ij giving out live support to customers but in most cases the response are usually late and it's kind of annoying referring you somewhere else other than givin6you straight response to your request, this is why this recent times with the help of AI and chatgbt and all of it users have been able to get live support directly and get the answers and help they seek. My experience was with KYC sometime ago and the manner at which I got a slow response made me regretted ever using it at the first place.
