I do not even mean a bot, sometimes they have bots, but I need to be bale to reach to a human, if a place doesn't have that then I am not going to be interested in that. Hell even the domain website that I used back in the day had a 7/24 support system, they hired people from all around the world, that way they were able to actually help.
Don't get me wrong, you do not have to solve it 7/24, maybe the support won't be able to solve whatever your issue is and it's a bigger one and they will get back to you in 24 hours or whatever. But you have to end up getting someone to talk to me and tell me that information, not some mail.

I don't think its a huge requirement to have 24/7 support, the fact that its accessible on a daily basis makes it more worthy to gamble there. However, for beginners, they might need long hours for customer support but after their concerns will be given solutions, then that would be good enough.
Also, one can ask his friends who recommended that site if ever the customer support isn't replying, so its not really a big deal for old and new gamblers. I dont really think that customer support is that important. I contacted customer support only in one csino in which I played, because their webpage had vague information. Later I found out that information was vague on purpose, so they can scam their customers. Customer support was of no help as they provided me with wrong information. I got my refund after I wrote negative review.

I've never had an issue contacting support on a casino or gambling site. But then, it actually depends on how crowded the casino is (i.e., the number of users on such a casino).
A casino with hundreds of thousands to millions of gamblers will eventually have a lot of tickets that need to be attended to by the support compared to another casino with a few hundred to thousands of gamblers. The issue with casino is the fact that they always put 24/7 customer support while they know it's nearly impossible to do it. Well, I don't think I will need their support 24/7, because what am I doing with them? However, when 24/7 support failed, they have redirected you to email support. I have been in situation, when there was only email support, you send them a letter and wait. Wait for 10 minutes, for 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days. Then I have sent them another letter and kept on waiting. After two weeks sent them third letter. I think months or half a year has passed and I still dont an answer from them. I would prefer that 24/7 live support would say that I am scammed, banned, will ne ignored, then just waiting. Email is such a thing, that it takes nothing to delete it and act like nothing has happened. Live support at least give any reply something.
