The problem is how fast the casinos will solved the issues from the costumers because although there is a casino with 24/7 support but this casino has slow respond to solved the issue then 24/7 support could be useless and based on my experience i was very rare to have some issues in the casinos this makes me rare too contact their costumer support but i don't mind to playing at the casino not full time support as long as the casino reputation is excellent because for me personally reputation is everything

I believe we can all agree that any Casino is a good place as long as there is a Customer Service that really cares about the customer and tries to solve the issues they may have.  It would be more convenient to have live support but even mail support is good as long as they answer fast enough and find a solution.  I have seen enough live support chats that offer pretty much zero understanding to the customer.  Mail, phone, SMS, what not, as long as they offer decent service it probably does not matter.
But most of the time the casino who were using the message system and replying by the email I saw some delay on the answer on this case I think most of the peoples will lose but interest in the first impression but on the others hand on the live support it goes well to the users. But I wouldn't disagree with that if they offer decent service it probably doesn't matter but this is also included on their services.

Sure. I would still gamble on a casino, even if they don't have 24/7 support for their gamblers and only take tickets in very specific hours. If the case o has a very good reputation and has proven itself to be very reliable through time, then I would never need to use their costumer service.

There are casinos and bookies which choose to invest most of their budget in security, marketing and reliability, instead of keeping a team of agents available at all times. That is a better approach than having staff available at all times but not investing on the root of possible problems on the service itself.

Some of the support representatives sometimes don't even know what they are doing, or shall I say, they give wrong directives, as I have come across a situation where a player used support to make an enquiry about something, and he followed the rep's advice, but they later found out that was against the casino policy, and the policy stands.

The same happened to me, they gave me completely wrong information about withdrawals, wagering requirements and even threw some vague and undefined accusations at me. On the other side all the information about things that I asked was well hiden on their website, so I had no choice but to ask customer support for help. I felt pretty shitty about that.

well, i don't need 24/7 support because I don't gamble all day and how does anyone expect a constant customer service support, you cannot always expect them to be available at all times. all I need is for them to attend to the issues that I place even though it is mot immediately at least the problem is being tackled, it is better than making use of a casino that has a poor customer service and always using bots to reply customers. if a casino does not have a section to chat with agents then I don't think I can make use of it
Having customer service and live support is good on any platform. I haven't had many problems with live support while gambling, so I haven't needed it, but being able to reach them immediately is reassuring. It's always nice to have someone there you can contact if you have any issues. I'm not talking about constantly talking to bots or getting AI answers, of course. It doesn't have to be 24/7, but they should solve it within a day enough.

For me, a casino that wants to make a good impression is one that offers 25/7 live support, because they clearly don't want to leave their users, or potential users feeling unwell. Having live support is crucial for helping anyone, whether it is with basic questions potential users might have, or issues they are currently experiencing (existing user). Therefore, I prefer to gamble at casinos that offer 24/7 support, but that doesn't mean I dislike casinos without it; I still do, but it is just a suggestion they might want to hear.

If I'm being totally honest then I would say that having 24/7 support is definitely a big plus point in casinos because any problem can suddenly arise in casinos, especially for new users then they need instant help for small questions or understanding the rules. With that I also think that only support and schedule isn't everything because some casinos may not have 24/7 support but they have many other systems that provide a solution very quickly and neatly and this is also a kind of good customer care. The main thing is that if there is a problem then the user should not feel that he is not being taken care of and this is only possible when a casino's support team is very responsible and sincere. So having 24/7 support is good but even if not, if the casino can solve the customer's problem very well then of course I will play in this casino.

IMO, reputable casino will not let their support going offline, you have the answer why every casino need to have 24/7 support team, if their support team being offline for 6 hours only, they will lose their customer. Because if there no online support, and the user have a problem with their deposit or withdrawal, a user will thinking if casino not professional enough to handle their customer. No support, means disaster for user when having a trouble. so, in conclusion no 24/7 support it's a problem. Smiley

You actually mentioned the correct points, currently only non-reputable or a few new arrival casino's have somthing like that they don't have the 24/7 hour live support. But personally I have visited and explored some casinos and I liked their other features but I felt a bit empty due to the lack of this feature. I have seen them in many sectors where they are spending huge money but in this regard they have not kept this 24/7 hour live support system. In this case I will suggest them to implement the solution you mentioned that even if you pay only 80 dollars here people will be willing to do duty for 6 hours in this case it does not seem to be too difficult for a gambling site to keep four people.
