I mean the live support 24/7 was just really important I dont think casino is going to get a good reputation without having this kind of thing, It is probabaly a standard for most of the casino to have a live support 24/7 since gambling just involved a huge amount of funds and there are a lot of errors, or glitches that is happening in the website if that happened and there was no support that is going to fix that, that might be a automatic red flag for all of the users, users are not going to argue about that it should be normal for casino to have that kind of service.

Also, the gambling website was available globally, so you could easily expect different time zones, so you could easily expect users to be online, and you might encounter some issues at any time 24/7.

It is also going to make the casino trusted for users and make it better for the competitors, since some might not offer this kind of service.
I think 24/7 support is essential for players with little experience, but casinos need that. Without such support, you shouldn't expect a large influx of new players; only experienced and seasoned players should come to play at this casino. Being an experienced player doesn't mean they're rich; they just know a lot, and casinos need fresh money to feel a cash flow. Moreover, new players are so important because they can stay with the casino for a long time, rather than go to competitors. This is truly crucial, as experienced players rarely want to leave a place they're comfortable with.

I don’t need 24/7 support even if they don’t have an instant withdrawal feature, as long as withdrawals don’t take more than half day, I think that’s acceptable. I’m already used to platforms that don’t offer 24/7 support, based on cases I’ve experienced such as password resets or deposit problems. I also think that having 24/7 support increases their operational costs, which could affect other part such as promotions/bonuses for users. Personally, I’d rather have more bonuses than 24/7 support.

Well, it pretty much depends whom you ask, and I mean those cases in which withdrawals are witheld more than some hours.
Half day is unacceptable for the majority of people, some people would not be willing to wait for two hours for their withdrawal to appear on the Blockchain. It leads me to believe you have dealt with services which do not prioritize time of withdrawals and support.

In the case of casinos like Stake, for example, their withdrawals are pretty much instant and if one uses a fast Blockchain/network, one ends up having one's money at disposal in just a couple of minutes.

I have grown accustomed to such good service I don't see myself waiting hours to get my money, though.

But most of the time the casino who were using the message system and replying by the email I saw some delay on the answer on this case I think most of the peoples will lose but interest in the first impression but on the others hand on the live support it goes well to the users. It will look somehow for us to decide on using a gambling platform that we cannot reach out on in case of anything, we may not planned for it, but its of a necessity that we see that we are being able to communicate effectively with the casino through their agent, but if this is not made available, they can as well provide other means of contact like their emails or other social media handles. At the same time, as for me, I don't think I can use such, knowing that they do not have a representation.

Even if they make available their email or social handle as support, just be aware that the response you will get through those channels will be very slow, you probably won't even get a feedback from them after 24 hours because they are not active in those space as they would claim to be. Honestly if such a situation happens then it can be harassment for every customer. Many times it is seen that some problems require assistance. But what if there is no system to communicate with them? I have seen many times when gambling at a new online casino,Just then I faced various problems. And this time ask customer support for help and resolve the issue. That's why I think customer support is most important. If a reputable casino platform does not provide customer support or provide it via email. So many gamblers can choose alternative casinos for this.

I could manage to gamble with such a casino coz I have done so in the past, but I wouldn't fully trust them..Am active 24/7 live support is what shows the seriousness and commitment of casino to the welfare of its users.. Problems which require immediate attention, may come up. Problems such as issues in withdrawing, sudden placement of withdrawal limits and whatnot, and without a live support, it may become very frustrating and stressful for gambler's...My experience in the past with stucked withdrawals was really very frustrating, I remember the numerous emails I sent and I received no positive response. I sent them email coz their supposed 24/7 live support wasn't active...Throughout that day, their live support was only sending me automated responses that didn't solve anything..

Even we play on the reputable casinos, there is no guarantee that we will not face any issues or that we will not need live support or email-based support system. In my case, there have been multiple times that even after playing at reputable casinos, I have had to use their support system. In these cases, I have been able to know what I needed to know instantly from live support most of the time. And I have found kinda low interest in casinos that have manual support systems.

I agree. You can even play, but trusting is much harder. 24/7 live support isn't a detail, it's more than essential, especially when it involves blocked withdrawals or limits changing suddenly. The problem is when the casino promises support but only responds with automated messages. When the money gets stuck and nobody solves the problem, trust disappears very quickly.

Based on your experience, what kind of issues did you encounter with casinos that don’t have active online support, especially during KYC or withdrawals?

This is like saying, are you going to stay in a hotel without receptionist? Who am I going to give a call when the tap is not working or if there is a technical problem in the doors. This is equally to casino that doesn't have support but then the withdrawal for xmr is disabled without any announcements, how do you ask questions and seek for help? It doesn't make any sense, if there is a team that build a casino, getting a representative to help the customers is necessary.

There is one casino that I once did reviewed for, I registered my account differently through metamask wallet and when I was later paid, I try to withdraw my money but unfortunately I couldn't, I tried everything I could because permission to signup wasn't poping up on my end, I had to seek for support but I was responded by AI for some possible solution. I did the recommended browser and behold Brave browse did the magic. I was impressed by the outcome but I still hate the fact that no agent was available when I need their help, not everyone can do things on their own until directed.

I’ve been thinking about how important customer support really is when gambling online.
Some casinos don’t offer 24/7 live support, only limited hours or email-based help. Would you still trust and gamble on a casino like that, even if it has a good reputation?

Based on your experience, what kind of issues did you encounter with casinos that don’t have active online support, especially during KYC or withdrawals?
So why do they always say that they have 24/7 customer support while they don't have, and to start with this is the first place that shows they are not worthy to be trusted for any reason. I do not like casino or gambling site that preach of 24/7 customer care support meanwhile nearly all the gambling site doesn't have, some is just for 12 hours while some are just 6 hours and after which they close for the day asked to wait for the next day. This is another area where gambling site should be working on because most them preached what they can't offer.
I think the Op wasn't hinting on about casinos claims on having a 24/7 customer support service when they actually not for real. But it's rather about our awareness that the casino doesn't have a 24/7 customer support service and the casino itself makes that clear. So, the question is would you as a customer make use of such casino with a limited active customer service time? Well, as for me, I don't think I can make use of such casino because there could be an emergency where I might need their support with my account at the moment and they ain't active. Such scenario can be frustrating.

Even if they make available their email or social handle as support, just be aware that the response you will get through those channels will be very slow, you probably won't even get a feedback from them after 24 hours because they are not active in those space as they would claim to be. The best option is for the casino to have an active 24/7 support on their casino, responses is faster there.
Yeah, I played in one of those places that had social media as support. So if you ever faced an issue, you would DM them on twitter and you were lucky if they replied back in that week, let alone that day. I would want a live chat, nothing short of that would be okay to accept and if the casino doesn't have that, it wouldn't be my main casino.

Doesn't mean it's a bad one, you could be a great casino and not have live support, I found many like that, but didn't put my whole bankroll in that just in case because of it. This is why we should be avoiding this as much as possible and try to make sure that we are handling it as well as we possibly can. This could make it a lot better for everyone involved without a doubt.

Nowadays is very difficult to find such casino available, the ones that want to expand their business and are committed to achieve their goals, all of then will absolutely have live chat and support for their customers. This for the simple reason that most things or cases you may need to resolve and usually the good live support solves them very fast compared to casinos who do not offer live support where you need to solve everything through email and it took days. There were some great casinos before without live support and I have played in them but immediately I have switched to live support ones as when I gamble I need to be worry free regarding issues or cases that may arise and I know they will be handled very fast if not instantly.

But there will be times that automatic responses and help won't give the satisfaction that their customer needs. And so, manual help is still needed through the escalation of supports. With that, this gives us the idea of how the routine of escalations and procedures goes. Because if the first level help didn't do, the next level or supervisor comes next. Without having that when you experienced trouble, you'll just be disappointed and annoyed if there is no support.

It enables you to reach out to the support team fast and efficient, saving you the hassle of sending them an email for something simple that can be answered in just a sentence. For those gamblers who do oftenly experience some issues while they do play gambling then they would be surely appreciate if this one would be that having like that active support rather than on having nothing at all, but for  those gamblers who hadnt been able to experience since about some problems and issues then for sure they would be just simply dont mind whether the support could work around the clock. Come in mind that most platforms now does have that AI chat support on which we know that most of issues could be addressed and could be found. Somewhat having that actual human being support would be that good since there are some issues that cant be resolved out or there are no solutions on what a particular user been currently experiencing. So in the end its best to have support but not necessarily to be 24/7 to cut off some expenses.

Good reputation of a casino speaks well for it, so I would assume with a good reputation that they have, their customer support will be one of the things they’re actively delivering well that earned them that good reputation they have. I doubt  casino will be very reputable and not have 24/7 customer live support. Even if it’s an AI curated customer support to settle minor issues before a real live support takes over, that support will have to be there 24/7 for them to have earned that trust.

This is something some casinos don’t take serious but been able to resolve a issues as fast as you can builds trust and encourage more partnership with your customers more because they know when they have a problem, it easily gets resolved for them, so they won’t feel relent or discouraged to use your casino most of the time to bet. During KYC and withdrawals, if it’s taking too much time, it makes one lose trust/zeal to continue with the casino.

The moment I realize that a casino isnt having a good customer support, I will certainly not have full confidence in that casino because the support chat is what makes you as a gambler confident playing with the casino because if for instance you have some issues with some features of the casino and then you want to find out enquiry or possibly fix the problem, how then would you be able to fix the issue when you don't have access to the support at the particular time you need them because a gambler with issues is always an impatient one too
