Here is just my not-so-pressing suggestion. Wouldn't it be cool if there was a page to track the website's operational status? Like how long the planned maintenance has been on going or even the ETA and then also a maintenance log/ changes of log of sorts. I am not a programmer, so I am not sure what I am suggesting requires JavaScript or not No, it's not necessary. When the site goes for maintenance, then the homepage automatically will redirect to the maintenance page, where you can notice about the maintenance. It's true; additionally, they could add estimated times for the maintenance, but since it's related to coding, developers could estimate the time. But it's quite hard to predict the exact maintenance time. If an error comes during the development, then it would take more time. However, the developer could at least adds the possible timeframe to understand the site would come online within that period, but it's really not mandatory.

Both options are feasible and could be implemented; but I believe that temporarily disabling deposit, if maintenance is ongoing is a better option. Just to disable deposit with a warning note that "maintenance is ongoing, deposits is temporarily suspended, try again in few hours later or few days later as the case may be." This will prevent more inflow of funds that could disrupt maintenance.

This will prevent more inflow of funds that could disrupt maintenance. It's already been implemented. Because when the site was on maintenance mode, the homepage was disabled, which is the swap page as well. There was a notice about the maintenance, but there wasn't any estimated timeframe to go live again, and we are talking about that. That means if the swap page is disabled, you can't find any swap direction and can't get a deposit address as well. So there are no issues for deposit unless users make mistakes by sending funds to the old deposit address.

So right now is I made some transaction from USDC to USDT and just notice here upon taking a refresh while waiting for the deposit confirmation is why not have a logo of the b1exch.to upon loading then I check for the confirmation its took 12 confirmation its its possible that after 10/12 confirmation there is a transaction began like doing the swapped? so both the time of having a receiving the funds and the sending funds will start immediately. Well another smooth swapped.

Okay, thanks for throwing more lights to the discussion and bringing me on the same page. In this situation, I don't think they should do any extra thing rather than being active in the forums and any other places they are listed to provide periodic updates about the maintenance.

We have been testing and adding new features and that made this swap worst.
Although I understood that even after the maintenance was completed, it would take some time for the transaction to complete smoothly. Even though it took longer than expected, the exchange was completed easily. Actually, the thing was asked about because dingdongdong shared his experience here. Otherwise, there was no issue. Thank you for explaining the matter.

So far, they updated about the maintenance on the forum announcement thread; the campaign manager himself updated on the forum. I am not sure if everywhere updates like exchange monitors or review sites; if not, then everyone should have noticed it from the webpage. Nothing to worry about if users noticed the maintenance; it's necessary to develop the website for more advanced services. So even if not updated everywhere, it shouldn't be an issue.

Yes, I don't think it is necessary to announce the maintenance everywhere. Informing users in one important place is enough. People visit the webpage mainly to make exchanges, so if the maintenance notice is already displayed there, then there is hardly any need to announce it elsewhere. It will be even better if those in the admin panel actively share the information here as well. The most positive thing is that this time, while the maintenance work was ongoing, our campaign manager informed us about it here.

b1ack, what's your general opinion of websites like this that invite projects to apply for inclusion in their listings? I've always felt that such sites aren't worth paying much attention to, since they probably don't have enough reach or resources to generate meaningful exposure. However, from time to time I look through these kinds of listings and notice that there's one exchange that could be considered your competitor which appears in virtually all of these lesser-known directories. As a result, its name does end up sticking in my mind. Have you ever tried this kind of marketing?

If you'd like additional visibility, we index services like yours in our directory — free basic listing:
If you get some good traffic at your site then that might be at least useful for a service but if there's no traffic or very low traffic on your site then it's not worth it to get listed on such site. There're platforms with good traffic that allow free listing forever on their site, some are free but approval takes time however there's one gem that's free for everyone and good services get listed there without any issues. That's Bitlist.co, and there's KYCNOT that takes sometime for approval.
