Could you please tell us more about how and why you came to the decision to create a ticket system for customer support? When I first discovered your site, I was very impressed by the stated refusal to have a support team. At the time, your FAQ said that all scenarios arising during exchanges were handled without the need to involve people. I thought this was an excellent solution for protection against possible persecution by those trying to shut down such businesses. If there are no people handling exchanges, then there is no one to persecute. Now this has changed. What happened? Did it turn out that such a service still cannot be built on pure automation alone? Or did I miss something, and has this already been discussed earlier in this thread? If so, please share a link to the post. The thread is large, and it is hard to keep track of everything.

Due to the recent attacks and risks faced by exchange projects, we have taken stronger security measures to protect users, funds, and operations. As part of these improvements, we are no longer relying on single focused pools. Instead, we are using multiple addresses, pools, and routing methods.
Based on some previous experiences, I see this as a significant upgrade and improvement. Let me check if I understood correctly, b1exch users will not receive coins from the same address every time, but it will be randomized for each swap order. Right?

A problem that's happening, which I don't know if it's related to this, is that the site page crashes while an order is open, even after reloading the page, it doesn't come back. This has happened to me more than once when trying to place an order. The last episode was yesterday (Jun/09). I know there's a guarantee letter, but some users only realize they need to download it during or after transferring. In the meantime, the page might be down.

This may cause larger swaps to take more time, but it helps keep operations stable, coins clean, and user activity more private and secure.
I believe that's a good improvement to make coins more privacy enhanced, and at the end users will have low AML coins. I believe the multiple pools is a better solution to enhance the privacy and make coins even low in AML. Those all pools belong to b1exch if I'm not wrong because they've shifted to their own liquidity a few weeks ago and that was a great shift I guess. Sometimes it's okay to wait if someone is doing a large swap and I think it won't be an issue for most users as long as they get a good service.

I thought it may interest some of you that b1exch had a recent update about Monero pairs, Jun 12 We are currently facing high XMR volume. Orders might be stuck for an long time upto 24 hours. Which was followed by the most recent update on the situation, Jun 12 We still are receiving high demand for XMR. We are fulfilling backorders now. ----- Today I went to b1exch and had this feeling that it would be really good if there was an option to switch to a lighter version of the website. I really like dark mode on most websites but it is nice when you do have the option to switch.

Looks like they have an overwhelming number of orders for Monero pairs which they are trying to fulfil as per the notice on the website. If I were part of the team, I would first halt exchange for the XMR pairs until all the backorders are all filled. My guess is you tried to exchange using the XMR trade pair? How long ago did you place an order? I think you can try to be patient a bit as this is sorted out.

I've tried now to create an exchange request from XMR to BTC and saw a notification saying "XMR to BTC is temporarily unavailable.? If there were some kind of scam going on, they probably wouldn't show me this notification; they would just give me an address. This means they really can't process exchanges right now. That's where all the issues you're talking about come from.

Are you really swapped, or are you doing a smear campaign against b1exch? How have you made sure many orders weren't swapped? If so then how? I am not saying they won't scam us, but to blame them, you should provide some solid information; otherwise, your claim would be turned into a false smear campaign as well. Have you verified the pool? Is it fake or real? This sentence forces me to doubt you. Can you please provide the order ID? So if B1exch is active around here, they may answer you. It's a website and fully depends on coding, so anything could happen. I never blindly trust anyone over the internet, but please show us some valid information to mark them as a scammer.

Don't know why such accusations are being made without providing any reliable information. There is no such record against b1exch that would justify these kinds of false allegations. Personally, I once sent funds through the wrong network, the issue was resolved properly. But for someone to come and make random accusations without any reliable evidence is truly disappointing. Personally, checked the user account and noticed that it's quite old and had no posts after 2018. Then suddenly it became active around July-2025 and made a few posts. In 2026, it posted this single accusation. Looking at the account's activity, it does not seem trustworthy, so it is better to ignore comments from such users.
Anyway, even if we put everything else aside, if he had shared his issue with reliable information, he would have received a solution if there was really a problem. So far, he has not provided anything reliable, which is why nothing can be said about the matter.

I have thought it's because they have implemented in-chat support already on b1exch site. Also, a maintenance is happening on the site as of writing, and will last around 48 hours. Edit: well all mentioned above by examplens.

Yes, that's highly possible because of volatility of XMR many orders are still not filled and thus it might take them sometime to fill those orders and I hope after the maintenance everything will be normal once again. All of the XMR order might get filled in the meantime and thus we should wait for at least 48 hours. Apart from the live chat on the site, I have not found any other contact method, they may have turned off other support channels
I've tried to visit the site to see contact methods but at this time the host is down. I believe they're doing the maintenance.

Also tried a few times but it's showing the same thing for me. The site will be live again once the maintenance work is finished, so there is no need to worry about it. However, last time the campaign manager informed us about it but this time I have not seen anything like that. I was thinking that if maintenance work was going on, then the campaign manager would at least inform us in this thread. Since I have not received any information from anyone regarding this matter, I'm just waiting for it to become operational again.
