Why don't you have a form on the website for automatically reporting problems with orders, instead of everything having to go through direct communication with the agent?
I don't think that makes any difference. In both cases the people responsible get the same data, no? Precisely because it is a small team, prioritizing contacting support could help in quickly managing problems. I think that it does not have the same weight if the user has not received funds or if someone is looking for less important information, such as "when will you refill SOL reserves"?

@b1ack, Why don't you have a form on the website for automatically reporting problems with orders, instead of everything having to go through direct communication with the agent?
I think that's a good idea for resolving issues. I have tried live chat on b1exch; it seems they are responding but pretty slowly. So a support ticket system would help to solve many issues. So always live chat agents will not be busy. But support tickets should be solved as soon as possible as well; otherwise, users will just push on the live chat. However, I think it isn't complicated to use a support system, but the fact is it either needs to be developed or has to use a third-party support system. Using third party would lead to tracking users data.

Which platform do you not consider centralized? b1exch? Why? Don't they have a single server that processes all operations? Isn't there a team that handles all exchanges and can intervene in any of them? Aren't all the wallets we send cryptocurrency to and receive other crypto from controlled by the exact same team?I think it's important to maintain an accurate perception of the service so that clients don't have unreasonable expectations.
I won't consider instant exchanges as centralized exchanges because they do not want KYC and are mostly run by a small team. I know they're controlled by people but no one knows who they're and that's another reason why I think instant exchanges are somehow different than traditional centralized exchanges like Binance or Bybit or others. I know that instant exchanges like b1exch are also run by a dedicated team but they're still different from those centralized exchanges that require KYC. I would say that instant exchanges are in-between centralized and decentralized exchanges.

For the fact that you tested the live chat several times and got responses does not mean the complainant was lying about his experience.
But I never said they were a liar? Live chat is not a luxury, it is a necessity. I do not think that b1exch will respond to their customers in this manner.
No, live chat is really a luxury. It requires focusing a lot of resources such as personnel, time, money et cetera on one simple function of the website while these resources could be spent on adding new pairs, new security features et cetera. I can not remember the last time I felt the 'necessity' of having a LIVE chat. I know the patience of average human is now almost zero and there is an expectation that every thing must happen instantly but that does not make this a 'necessity'. My opinion. They are looking for loyal customers and will not appreciate anyone who makes them lose one.
How am I 'losing' them a customer by simply asking questions? The person is obviously focused on complaining that it happened than on whether the solution was even found or not. We do not even know if they pursued the contact b1ack initiated, we only got more complaints and now even the expectation of a public apology!

I know you've all experienced responses that take several minutes. And I'm not asking for just a few minutes; an hour is fine too. But if it's been over two hours without any response, and there's no other support on the website, shouldn't a user take some steps to provide feedback and get answers?
They're not a centralized platform that's why sometimes it's okay to wait a few hours to get some response. Even on centralized platforms I've waited for hours to get a response and that happens sometimes. Sometimes it takes time to understand a platform before blaming it for anything, I know sometimes delays can happens but one should understand that for privacy purpose it's okay to have patience and wait for a few hours. Hey dude, see the catch! b1exch is only a privacy focused exchange and not a DEX okay? They will not ask for KYC, probably careless about the AML of your fund, but this does not make them decentralized. We are cool to have this type of services that will not ask for your documents before they do business with you. They are looking for loyal customers and will not appreciate anyone who makes them lose one.

I admit that I've said that they're not a centralized platform, what I was trying to say was that they're in-between centralized and decentralized because they work in privacy and no one actually knows who's controlling the exchange and who's owner of the exchange. I believe everyone here understands that centralized platforms like Binance, Bybit, Bitget and others ask for your KYC details in advance before you can use those platforms but these instant exchanges can be used by anyone without even creating any account. So they somehow lie in-between centralized and decentralized. Let's wind this thing up, I've never called them decentralized but I missed some wordings in my that post that's why others fixed that out, and most of us know that instant exchanges work well without KYC and that's why privacy lovers consider to use such exchanges instead of centralized exchange like Binance or others that require KYC details of customers. Another reason why privacy enthusiasts consider such exchanges is presence of XMR as a swap option and we all know that it's literally impossible to trace XMR and for privacy lovers it's the best coin that'a available on exchanges like b1exch. The rest of the centralized exchanges like Binance have to deal with rules and regulations of each country that's why they've removed XMR support on their platform. So it's another plus for b1exch and instant exchanges that they allow XMR swaps.

It seems you are on the completely wrong track again. Privacy and KYC requirements have nothing to do with whether a service is centralized or decentralized. A few years ago, KYC was optional on Binance, but that didn't make it a decentralized exchange. It's about how funds and transactions are managed. Centralized means that one party is always involved in every transaction, trade, withdrawal... and without the approval of that party, the same actions cannot be carried out. The facts of whether you use a mobile phone or a computer, whether you are required to pass KYC or not, are irrelevant. And some other things can be classified as centralized or decentralized, like this forum, for example, which is mostly centralized (although there is no KYC)

✅ NO KYC/AML

We've been quiet on this, but we have been reading the posts (In fact, we read all your posts, guys).
Silence doesn't mean we're at fault — the issue was already handled, and yes, we agree there was one. It's completely fair that people, especially first-time users, get suspicious and nervous when something goes wrong. That reaction makes sense. But stuff like this happens when we're pushing big updates and trying to move fast. We're talking about 1 or 2 swaps out of every 50 — a small percentage — so let's move on.
Quick teaser: a big update is on the way, stay tuned and let us cook!
Also, we want to give a huge shoutout to all our users. Your support, and the way you jump in and help other users on our behalf — you have our respect. Especially those of you who stuck with us through the rough patch these past few months. We had a lot of failures, swap issues, and more, but everything's been sorted, and we've been stable for the past 15 days now. And we're really happy with the reviews coming in for our AML screening tool.
Thanks, everyone. 🖤

b1exch is not in-between centralized an decentralized exchange. You are still mixing things up. b1exch is a centralized service, just that they respect your privacy and do not need documents from you. Not knowing someone behind a project doesn't make such a project decentralized. Think decentralization in these ways; How are decisions made? How transactions are handled? How are the serves controlled? If this was decentralized, we shouldn't be here making suggestions to the team on how to improve the service. We'll simply pull, contribute and push, then everything happens through consensus.

They are not subject to the same regulatory requirements as conventional exchanges and do not apply KYC, but they remain centralized in the same way. As the examplens explained well, in a nutshell: they take possession of the swapped coins received from its costumers and are responsible for executing the exchanges and maintaining liquidity. They are not like a Dex Bisq exchange where funds are locked by multisig addresses and escrow operates each transaction. Their service depends entirely on reputation and other social proofs (such as escrow deposits, usually maintained by the CM or currency pairs with sufficient reputation, PGP and garantee letters etc).

I assume that such things always happen, and I believe that it is impossible for instant exchange to work without a single issue for months. I have seen it with almost every exchanger, at least those that are presented on this forum. Speaking of 1-2 out of 50, I'm interested in whether there is some standard in the industry, and what percentage of "going wrong" cases is within the framework of what can be considered smooth functionality? And we're really happy with the reviews coming in for our AML screening tool.
Is it possible to implement some kind of report export? For example, we can download the complete report in PDF and save it (for any reason). I recently did an AML check, which I wanted to use later, but the session expired relatively quickly, so I had to repeat the process.

You know what. That sounds like a good suggestion. Stacking PDFs instead of repeatedly using the check. It reduces the possibility of too much traffic too. ----- Is anyone else experiencing this right now
No.

Now this makes sense, they operate in gray area and that makes them available for everywhere but the team that's owning those exchanges gives priority to privacy and that's why they don't want to reveal their original identities to anyone, nor to public neither to authorities. I'll take my words, and agree that instant exchanges are centralized exchanges but they're not like traditional centralized exchanges where a user needs to create an account, complete KYC verification, and if received funds with high AML then his/her account gets freeze or suspended. Once again those who give high priority to privacy will choose an instant exchange over traditional exchange where they'll have to complete their KYC in order to use those services. I know that instant exchanges are controlled by humans and thus we can call them centralized platforms but we should also keep in mind that the owners of such platforms and those who're working there are in privacy, thus such exchanges are a blessing for the ones who don't want to submit their KYC details to those traditional exchanges.

Actually. I would say b1exch fits the 'traditional exchange' name way better than modern exchanges do. Traditionally as in, in the first years of Cryptocurrencies the 'traditional' exchanges allowed you to deposit, withdraw, trade et cetera pretty much any thing of any value and they would ask for no thing more than your preferred username, an e-mail address and a password. Know Your Customer does not represent the Cryptocurrency tradition. It represents the modern dystopia built around Cryptocurrencies. b1exch does instead.

Has your problem been solved? Although I didn't face this kind of issue while using it because when I completed the captcha, it worked properly on the first try, took me to the next step and after confirming it, the exchange process started. It might also be a network-related issue on your side, so you can try refreshing those things a bit, because for now I don't see any kind of problem with the b1exch exchange.

Errors such as "CAPTCHA expired" indicate a problem on the user's end rather than with the website itself, and I think there can be several reasons for this. It could be caused by the browser cache, a conflict with browser extensions, or the use of a VPN during the session. In particular, using a VPN may cause the user's activity to be flagged as bot behavior, which can result in the captcha verification token being reset.

Yes, those can also be the reasons but besides (Browser cache, Extensions, and VPN), it could also be a website issue. However, most of the time the other issues are more common. Since I am not having any problems from my place, it is certain that there is no problem with the website itself.

Has your problem been solved?
Yes, everything started working within a few minutes. I managed to create the exchange order. However, another issue came up, which has been somewhat discussed here before. I tried to send USDT from the Bitfinex exchange, but they took over 24 hours to process my withdrawal request and still hadn't completed it, even though all previous withdrawals took just 2-3 minutes. I don’t know if it’s related to the address provided by b1exch or something else. To avoid any issues, I canceled the withdrawal request and contacted the Bitfinex support. I'm waiting for their reply.
