1. The "Withdraw" logic: You missed the most obvious point. If my account was open and functional, I would have just clicked the withdraw button. I knew where it was. The ONLY reason I asked support "HOW" to withdraw was because the account was already restricted/closed. That question is the ultimate proof that the exclusion was active at that moment.

2. The 9-minute gap: You keep ignoring the clock.
- 20:05: Support confirms "Account closed".
- 20:09: Casino accepts my deposit.
- 20:18: The chat you are using as an excuse.
The casino didn't reopen the account because of "pressure" in a chat that happened at 20:18. They had already breached the exclusion 9 minutes BEFORE that conversation even started. They opened the gates for the money first, and only then did the "friendly chat" happen.

3. Selective Tech: Why did their system identify me as a "duplicate" instantly to block me from taking a bonus, but "failed" to see I was a self-excluded addict when I was trying to deposit? They use technology to protect their profit, but "interdepartmental delays" as an excuse to ignore player protection.

A casino is not a "buddy" that can choose to be nice and ignore a self-exclusion. Once it's closed for addiction, it's a hard limit.

to be honest with you the response is immediate. it just toke minutes when applied through email only that cases. you may do the test for yourself. create an account on toshi and request self exclusion on chat... they shall lock your account immediately I would say.


Regarding to how many casinos, I would say around 8 casinos so far. Yes the account was closed.

May I know the name of the casinos? It'll be nice if you can provide proof of your self-exclusion request from each of those casinos and their response [time-wise and wording-wise] following the initial request.

In all your years of uh help of addicted players, regarding to RG issues, did you stand along with the player side anytime?
I would love to see a less bias holydarkness attacking the casino in some questions.

we are going in circles, look at yesterday you doubt of a log I had provided you fully, like it would be changing anything at all...
then you realize that it is true, the log is real and exists and you shift again to other thing.

sorry it doesn't seem equal treatment for both parties - at all.

Actually, I am not shifting, rather peeling through the layers to know more of the true nature behind your self exclusions. So... if you don't mind answering that?

And yes, I have stand along players who got wronged in RG in the past. I don't keep record of them in my mind [not to mention I also attend to cases behind the screen, cases where players discuss things with me through PM as they're reluctant to go public] but I do have a thread of list of cases, feel free to rake them and see if I'm fair.

If a casino is wrong, I am not afraid to say they're wrong and pursue them to make things right. So, between the behind-the-screen cases and what others in the past: yes.

Can you please stop with the dramatic AI BS? Using AI to reinterpret events in your maximum favor is so cheesy. They did not "open the gates for the money," they just thought you wouldn't try to make a deposit within 5 minutes of requesting for your account to be closed, because who on earth would do that kind of thing. Is there an oversight on their part? Perhaps, yes. Can we do a single thing about it here? No, we cannot.

That's the vibe I am actually getting here, after piecing the puzzle into a near-complete picture. It seems we're having a serial abuser trying to throw as many layers of safety nets as he can to freeroll. So far, we had a mail from the 2nd of December, that's somehow he can procure in the opening post that become the basis of his accusation, then upon blind-testing both sides, the mail never exist. I test the water by gently saying I will not question why it no longer exist and OP didn't pursue this matter somehow, while it can be his "ace card", like a real person will, if they really had that email sent.

Another sign that point to a freeroll-er is that he initially pursued the restricted jurisdiction part, fully knowing that he's on restricted country [for several games], and dropped right away as I pointed out I have stored a screenshot of Toshi's unique ToS that drops the liability of restricting players and shift it to Player's duty.

Then he jumped to "another layer", that we're currently discussing.

OP, waiting for your answer so I can prove/disprove the theory we both have to each other?

The mediator has closed my complaint as UNRESOLVED. After a full investigation, the mediator ruled that Toshi.bet failed in its duty to protect a vulnerable player and should have refunded the deposits.

Key findings from the official mediator:
  • The casino successfully linked my accounts to restrict bonuses, proving they had the technical data to identify me, but they intentionally ignored this data to allow me to keep depositing.
  • The casino allowed nearly €7,000 in deposits on the second account despite my prior self-exclusion.
  • The mediator confirmed that the casino's responsibility to enforce self-exclusion outweighs their internal rules about duplicate accounts.
The Trap: It is now clear that the casino allowed me to deposit and lose €7,000 while knowing they would NEVER have paid out any winnings, as they had already flagged the account as a "duplicate." This was a predatory, no-win situation.

Consequences: As Toshi.bet refused to comply with the mediator’s decision, their Safety Index on Casino Guru has been lowered to "BELOW AVERAGE".

Now, OP, be that as it may, that CG [as per your statement] lowered Toshi's rating due to the verdict of your case, mind to show me where the mediator said that they ruled Toshi as completely at fault and owed you xxx amount of refund?

If I read between the lines correctly, they took a discussion over the matter and the mediator meet an opposing idea from their own colleague, and that [like what my findings and verdict said after my own thorough examination] Toshi are not obligated to refund the first account. For your second account though, all I can find is that the mediator [though their colleague give a different insight] deemed that you should be marked as a real gambling addict.

This shall brought us to my long unanswered question, if you don't mind to revisit them and finally give us an insight. IIRC, you said you have account in 8 casinos? What happened with them?
