I think getting rich through gambling is really challenging. If you start gambling with the mindset of getting rich quick, the risk of losing money can increase manifold because getting rich quick requires a lot of money, and you can't win a lot of money through gambling, you can only win a small amount. In general, chasing wealth by relying solely on luck is, in my opinion, very naive. To achieve wealth, you need to develop a clear, consistent plan of action. And it's far from certain that this plan will bring you the desired wealth. And relying on luck in such a situation... That's short-sighted, to say the least.

In my opinion, professional poker players have a certain chance of getting rich. The same applies to sports bettors. However, this field of human activity is extremely competitive.  This is such a complex task that it might be more effective for an intellectual to launch their own tech startup (a task that also requires a high level of intelligence). 🙋

The reason why they find it extremely difficult is because it actually not meant to be. If gambling is actually a source of income, despite being hard, people will always struggle, and work very hard just to make sure they achieve what they truly want.
