Most signature campaign participants do not care about how trustworthy and legitimate the site they are promoting is. They are solely dependent on the campaign manager. And it happens that some do not even care if there are any complaints against the platform they are promoting. Betmoco has not responded to complaints about it being a scam platform and the site is down. Signature campaign has been paused by the manager
Did you read Hatchy (the signature campaign manager)’s reply regarding this? He decided to pause the campaign because some forum members (some of them were campaign participants) raised their voices and said that something doesn’t seem right. So, no. Being a participant in a signature campaign doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to defend the service you are promoting. Well, I have to agree with you that this doesn’t apply to everyone, unfortunaely. it does not mean you should be blindly defending the platform, just because you are in a signature campaign. Some participants depend on the campaign manager instead of having to visit the site and this may be dangerous. Hatchy made the right decision of halting the campaign when Betmoco failed to answer the complaints and the site went down, especially after the member of the forum had expressed their concern. Accountability and transparency is essential. The participants are advised to be very alert and not depend on the manager only. When one platform is not addressing issues then it is better to step off than blindly defend it.

Well, as expected, another thief out of a dozen others has done their dirty work. I warn you again: until casinos pay the security deposit on the bitcointalk website, you shouldn't even visit the casinos advertised here, because there are too many thieves there.
What do you mean by security fund to be deposited on this website? We only have trusted escrow on the forum. The forum itself is not the one that accepts the deposit, and I kind of buy the idea of all new casinos which are coming here in other to gain little trust from those who will want to test the casino. There should be some security to protect them until the casino gain enough trust, because of this little drama Having new casinos that are coming into the forum for any promotions for the first time to make deposit of specific amounts of money as security into an escrow with a reputable forum member will be a great way to prevent this similar situation from occuring in the future. I feel pity for the innocent users. It might be that the campaign manager is equally a victim who was deceived and did not know the Betmoco.com team has an exit scam plot, if truly that is where this is going. There were already some suspicions raised in this thread, some members thought that the casino's offer was a trap. As for the promotions here in the forum, it does seem like the casino took advantage of a less experienced manager. They first tried to build some sort of trust by running a review campaign, and then proceed to run a signature campaign in which the payments were sent to the casino account of the participants. Right now, I would say it doesn't look good that their website is still down.

Agree, just a very weird set of circumstances. OP and the other reps still reply on Telegram. Not replying with anything substantial but you would think if the plan from day 1 was to exit scam wouldn't you just block contacts/delete the accounts? I suspect they had good intentions, and got in over their heads with the generous lossback promotions and ran out of money to pay customers.

Not replying with anything substantial but you would think if the plan from day 1 was to exit scam wouldn't you just block contacts/delete the accounts? I suspect they had good intentions, and got in over their heads with the generous lossback promotions and ran out of money to pay customers. Yeah I believe they never wanted to scam people but the loss back they did to promote their brand was what destroyed them. The money they were to pay was just too much and I believe they can’t anymore and that was the reason they had to scam people, they are very foolish how can you use a promotion or bonus you know very well you can’t handle, my anger now is that they scammed a lot of people, the campaign manager, the players that used the casino and the signature campaign participants, I just feel so bad for them because I know how it feels when you get scammed. Some years back I was scammed and I felt so sad, that experience was painful and I don’t want to go through that anymore.

They have stopped replying yesterday evening, same for the owner. Also livechat & website are now completely offline - exit scam is now done.
Affected players please report this to your local authorities. They are not untouchable, there are multiple ways to get their identity for the authorities.
or at least -try- to do it.. i don't think it will be easy, but something is better than nothing..

Days ago, when people complained about withdrawal issues on Betmoco site, it was possibly noises and need more time, responses from the company to see how their business is. Days later, after their company promise on processing withdrawals for users, nothing happened while things even became worse as with latest news, we knew that their signature campaign participants were not paid for their works in the first week too. That's an insane scam attempts from Betmoco and with their website went offline, it's a confirmation of their scam exit. There is no need for defending this scam casino.

Exiting this early means that they are not well funded casino and maybe have bad intentions in this forum. I feel bad for people fall from new casino and for shutting down their site, this maybe means that they don't have plans to comeback. Also for what happen here, this shows that campaign managers need to escrow the funds to make sure that their participants will get paid, also try to check if the casino is reliable and not suspicious like this one.

Problem is that their website http://betmoco.com/ is down and when you leave such to speculation without sending out any maintenance emails out, users will always anticipate the worst and this seems to be what's unfolding.. I got a message from the team that they are undergoing some maintenance and would let us know when they are back online.. hopefully they respond on the forum after the maintenance is concluded and everything gets settled.. Do you have any updates from the Betmoco team? Their website is still inaccessible even now. It looks like this casino is facing some major issues, and I feel bad for the players who took a chance on them. I hope their team provides an immediate response regarding this matter. I’ve also been reading quite a few complaints regarding withdrawal issues. It’s making me think this might be an exit scam since the site is now completely unreachable, whereas a few days ago it just said it was under maintenance. That change is very alarming.

With this long downtime, even if they say it’s just maintenance, you’ll already start to get scared. It really looks like a possible exit scam. I mean, even if they manage to restore everything, they’ve probably already lost a lot of users. After what happened, the trust is gone. So honestly, I’m starting to think our suspicion might be right. They still haven’t made any official statement about the latest update. The last post from OP was on February 8, which is already more than 24 hours ago. That silence doesn’t look good, it really smells like a scam.

At this point, the biggest issue isn’t speculation about intent, but lack of communication and transparency. Downtime can happen, liquidity issues can happen, even poorly planned promotions can happen — but going silent while withdrawals are pending is where trust completely breaks.
If this were genuinely just maintenance or a temporary cash-flow problem, the team should have issued a clear public statement, timelines, and at least partial proof of funds or a recovery plan. Silence, a fully offline website, and no official updates strongly point to mismanagement at best, or an exit at worst.
This situation also highlights a recurring problem on the forum: new casinos launching aggressive promos without proper risk management or escrowed funds. Campaign managers and participants alike should push harder for escrow, proof of liquidity, and clearer accountability before promotions even start.
Unfortunately for Betmoco, even if they return, the damage is likely irreversible. Trust in crypto gambling is fragile, and once it’s gone, it rarely comes back.

Betmoco pretty clearly planned to scam since the beginning and it's not some sort of liquidity issue or anything people. They offered lossback and daily plus weekly plus monthly cashback promotions with literally no T&C until I pointed it out to them.
No gambling site out there offers such promotions with such low wagering requirements unless they wanna go bankrupt. They kept offering lossback promotions with increasing amounts to lure in gamblers which clearly worked.
Their whole review campaign drama was just to make themselves look legit. Tough learning experience for many of us. New casinos should possess a legit Curaçao or Anjouan license as a minimum if you ask me.

Still nothing from them aside read messages with no replies on what's going on. The last good reply was that they were having a maintenance, but this isn't the way things are done. The team are simply unprofessional if I may say. I probably won't be managing their brand anymore since they simply don't know how to fix things, pass messages and be realistic to the public..they lack communication in real time. A service that's going to hold the money and welfare of the public should be completely transparent, have a good number of team ready to work their ass up and fix things in a short time. I have been quiet about the whole exit scam issues because betto was a really good guy and I didn't want to conclude on that. But this isn't right. Good or bad, a brand that's willing to build reputation in a place like bitcointalk or any other public forums should be fully transparent. No matter the pressure, at least don't make things more complicated for yourself. Your silence didn't do any good since yesterday. And during the whole storm you shut down the site leaving everyone who you owe money hopeless..don't you think that's bad? I was still very much positive on the brand hoping they would at least turn up to say a word but non till now, with no updates from them at all. I'm not sure there's anything they can do to get back the trust I had in them or that of the forum..

I was tempted to try their offer before since many new user claiming they have a good experience on the bonus but still I’m hesitant since it’s too good to be true and if ever it’s a legit offer they can be abused that will result to bankruptcy. I thought their campaign funds was sent directly to btc address. It should be a standard for all new services that plan to run a promotion here to have escrow funds or sent the payment directly to the wallet of participants.

I was tempted to try their offer before since many new user claiming they have a good experience on the bonus but still I’m hesitant since it’s too good to be true and if ever it’s a legit offer they can be abused that will result to bankruptcy.
Good thing you didn't, it's quite unfortunate for those who made deposits. With how things are looking right now, they most likely won't be getting their money back. I thought their campaign funds was sent directly to btc address. It should be a standard for all new services that plan to run a promotion here to have escrow funds or sent the payment directly to the wallet of participants.
I'm not familiar with cases like this. It's ultimately the casino’s fault, but what will happen to the campaign participants? Does the manager take accountability and pay from his own pocket, or do they just end up not getting paid at all?
