If you trust betmoco then simply wait for them to process your withdrawal, perhaps it is a bit delayed due to their current issue although they say that withdrawal remain instant for regular play.
Let them do what they need to check first, maybe your withdrawal request is also included and many others withdrawal requests to check so it may take longer.
As long as you did not do something wrong, you should not worry so be patient and wait for your money to come (hopefully faster than your expectation).

What is wrong? I read the post from before and it was a very small security issue that just makes the website slower but there is no risk to the games or the money of the customers

A new company, a new casino site and you still deposit big amount in that casino  

Good that they have processed your withdrawals as you have told in the other post, but moving forward you should be careful with the new casinos, especially when you are playing there for the time. You should try to deposit only the minimum possible amount and see how they handle it.

Maybe what the support mean is they don't ask KYC upfront, but there are certain situations might going to happen in future and they might require this to verify the account or whatever things they need to check.

Best to read their TOS and don't rely on few information to read on their thread. Much better if they spend time reading their TOS so they would know lots of things about their rules and what they might going to implement in future.

I couldn’t really find the exact TOS section from the casino, but based on how they worded it, it could be misleading if they turn out asking in the end. If at the start they say they won’t ask for KYC, they should be clear about it instead of leaving room to change later.

A lot of gamblers won’t bother reading the full TOS anyway, even if it’s written there that KYC might be required later on. That’s just how it is.

Right now, no-KYC casinos clearly have the edge in the gambling space, so those that aren’t strict will naturally gain more popularity. If Betmoco sticks to what they said, I wouldn’t be surprised if they become more popular over time.

On the one hand, yes, but on the other hand, even scam casinos often pay out small amounts, so if a casino pay out a several players for $100-200, it doesn't mean they're not a scam company, because these are small amounts, If a casino is willing to process smaller withdrawals to attract more players, it does not mean that it is fair. If a casino processes larger withdrawals without any problems, they can be considered reliable, although I don't consider deposits or withdrawals of several thousand dollars to be large amounts, they are simply average amounts.

You were able to withdraw $3000 within 20 hours, this is really good timing for a large amount. Betmoco is growing very well but strict action should be taken against scammers and cheaters. KYC can be asked in special cases. If KYC is required for everyone, it will reduce the interest of real players. And cheaters and scammers create problems in almost all platforms. So I would say that if a user's activity is suspicious, then KYC should be required for that user only.

That amount is not too high for that 20hrs withdrawal time but I do get why they need extra time to processed since they have a promotion that can be easily abused so there’s nothing wrong on being more cautious on checking each withdrawal.
