Hi @Betmoco,
I'm trouble with my BTC deposit as the transaction got confirmed 1 minute after the deposit window closed. And the support staff is not responding while the chat kept closing due to inactivity.

I am not happy with Betmoco at all.
I deposited a total of 7824 USD from 25-28 January. Then my first payout of 4000 USD went very shaky. I had to ask 3 times for the funds and after much begging they finally processed it and said that it wast just a one-off delay and apologized for it and promised from that moment onwards everything would go smoothly. So, on Saturday I wanted another 3000 USD withdrawal but I have now been waiting over 3 days and still have received nothing but only words. On Sunday morning they said they would send it "today". Then Sunday night they said "I left a note now on urgent care". Then on Monday afternoon he said "okay, I'll do it manually" and Monday evening it changed to "we are going through some abuse cases and even though you are not a suspect we still have to finish this". Then I asked for an ultimate deadline where I would receive the funds and they named a deadline that has now passed 1 hour ago. I am very worried about my funds. I have a very bad feeling about this. I have deposited 7824 USD and withdrawn 4000. I have 5133 USD left in my account so I am only slightly in profit, about 1300 USD. Just now I received an email with this text:

Regarding the delay: Bitcoin is unfortunately one of the slowest networks when it comes to confirmations, especially during busy periods. In cases where a transaction confirms just after the deposit window closes, our system will still pick it up and credit it automatically once the confirmation is seen — which is what happened here.
That said, we do apologize for the poor support experience. You’re absolutely right to expect better communication.
As of today, George is starting the night shift together with Anna, which should significantly improve response times and prevent chats from closing due to inactivity.

I understand your concern about the similarity between Betmoco and Betmomo name. It could indeed be confusing for new users searching through Google. Also, when I tried visiting Betmomo runs poorly, unlike Betmoco which runs smoothly. I think people will notice this difference even without looking closely at the website name. There's no significant design similarity, so it's not like typical phishing websites.
What I wanted to say that The Casino's SEO must be Dealt with. I didn't mean that another casino was trying to do phishing. If hypothetically someone sees the Betmoco Casino with a friend or someone else and likes it, he asks the name, his friend or another person tells him the name Betmoco, he goes to Google or another search engine and searches Betmoco, then Betmomo comes and He creates an account on Betmomo. It is a different Casino but he likes it and start gambling on that, what just happened was that Betmoco lost a potential Loyal Better. I know it's an overexaggerated story but There can be things that may happen like this.

Hey Betmoco, Thanks for the response. Regarding the deposit, maybe some info text would help alot since for newcomers, the gateway doesn't mention that so it might deter them. Earlier I was actually contemplating my deposit because of the experience with support but eventually pulled the trigger.

Good to see there was no problems. Maybe you can add a message if the window closes saying: Any deposit still pending will be confirmed automatically after confirmation, please wait. This will prevent anxiety and users from contacting the support agents taking their time off more important issues

Wrong, Bitcoin works perfectly fine. Your deposit system is badly designed, that is where your issue lies. Don't blame Bitcoin, adapt to the way that it works instead. As soon as an unconfirmed transaction is detected, and propagation is mostly instant for well connected nodes, the deposit window should adapt itself and never expire. Alternatively a way back to the deposit window should be provided. It would really be a good improvement if they can get better traffic on search engines like Google since alot of people just go there and search for sites and platforms they want to access without directly using a web address, a situation like the one you just mentioned is very regrettable but is also very likely to happen especially with how similar the names are and if alot of people do the same then betmoco might be losing slot of potentials through that means alone, the smart thing to do is to make sure their casino appears somewhere at the top when someone tries to use a search engine to locate them.
It is not going to happen when their signature campaign is run by a 3rd world pajeet and it is mostly full with spammers. If they are shitty and spammy posts it has less relevance, similar to when there are backlinks on a website that is spamming links.

To make it easier for Google to crawl and need to create an XML sitemap that lists every page of the website. Use the “URL Inspection Tool” in Google Search Console to see if Google bot can crawl the page or not.
This is most important factor here mate, because many of the gamblers will use the Google search for the login and register. Very rarely people use the link attached to the announcement page, the betmoco should take this are priority

When registering, my first experience was that the process was not complicated. Users only need to enter a username and create a strong password that they believe to be secure.
The interface looks good even when using a smartphone. I have tried out some of the features, including the deposit menu. I will try it out this week.

Just like some of the posters above, I observed that typing Betmoco in google did indeed throw up the results that they mentioned and not Betmoco itself which needs to be resolved asap op. Personally, I tend to bookmark sites which is why this will never be an issue for me.

maybe it was a one-off issue but if it's a common problem, then you could have a status page showing an incoming transaction even before there is any network confirmation. This could help a user avoid panicking under such circumstances.

You asked me 2 times to re-confirm my receiving BTC address....first to you personally and then again to your compliance email. How many times do you need confirmation? You make it look like sending a withdrawal is rocket science with checking and double checking addresses. You already stated to me in yesterday's email that "We have not found any issues with your account, and everything is in order". If you send the funds to the address I emailed to your compliance, nothing can go wrong. I will be the first here to report that I received it, if I actually do.
