This is most likely some bug on their system and not to be taken that seriously as a negative balance, I mean I take it seriously when this shows in my bank account. If it happened to me though I would not do any action before making the balance positive by depositing a small amount to make it be positive, only then I would go and withdraw because I always want to be sure in having a positive outcome rather than starting dealing with the casino support to solve my issues before allowing the withdraw to go through. This is strange thou but I have seen cases of gambling platforms making errors when it comes to setting tickets. This things mostly happen due to system glitch but the issue of negative balance is actually weird. I have heard of winning ticket that was erroneously treated as a lost ticket and when the customer complained to their customer service, they admitted the error, offered their apology and then credited the players account and updated the ticket status to won. Despite the fact that your case sound weird, it's possible to happen as far as what I just said is happening. They should have deducted the money automatically but you already used it. Before you claimed and use that lost bet you thought was refunded, did you read their terms and conditions on it, because if you could check well, they only gave you that money to be able to gamble and continue with the use of their platform with their terms and conditions, its like they loan it for you, they may even decided to increase the return over it or add nothing, because such is not a bonus offer at all.

Sometimes we’re already in that mode where once we see a balance, even if we were expecting the bet to be a loss, we still end up spending it and hoping it somehow turns into a win. There are those that require you to deposit and there are those that just subtract it on future winnings. This is new for me because I have definitely never heard about a negative balance in casino accounts before, I think that the best thing for you to do is to report the situation to the casino customer service and see what they say it's about, maybe it's just a system error that they can correct if the find out about it or maybe the notification you received about your bet getting refunded was the error, still I don't see how it would have been possible to successfully place a bet with nothing in your account.

Never experienced anything like that & I don't think it's real. If they do that, they will lose their users, instead of having to make deposits in the same account, the person behind the account is better off creating new account or the worse, moving to another site. Nah, never have experience any. Probably it's just a coincidence that scenario happened to you and the casino doesn't seems to be doing their job or that particular game is rigged. You better ask the customer service because it will probably be automatically decreased on your balance if you try to deposit.

This is internal error or bug that comes from the casino which you should be that reporting them to their live support team or email them. From when I started gambling till date I haven't seen any thing like this or that even affects my account.

I don't have experienced yet with negative balance at casino account but ever faced negative fund with PayPal account, based on your story likely the gambling casino have error when refunding your fund after losing bet place at sport betting. Betting with refunded fund I think its problem why your account got negative but ask at chat live about reason why your account get negative fund.

At first, it wasn't your fault that the casino refunded your money, saying it was a wrong bet; they should be blamed for their negligence in properly conducting their exercise before sending you such a notification and refund. That was what gave you the confidence to use the money because they sent you the message directly from their handle, and they should receive the blame for that costly mistake.

I agree with you on this because a negative balance is not a common thing that happens everyday and as such, it must be a technical glitch that can easily be resolved if you follow the proper channels to inform the customer support of such a negative balance you see.

However, this can be an issue of settlement reversal in other terms and am certain the issue can be corrected or resolved if you don't scare away, but fund your wallet to see what happens and also report the issue to the customer support service.
This is why it is good to use a licensed casino so as to be able to hold some advantage if an issue like this arises.
