I haven't ever experienced negative balance before. What you should have done when you bet and the money reversed is to wait for some time to see if the money will be deducted or not, because if you had wait for sometime the money would have been deducted. But you where not patient and you use same money to bet twice due to network glitch and now you are owing. But to get over this what you need to do is just to fund your account and wait for the casino to deduct their amount and leave the remaining one for you to bet.

I haven’t experienced this before. Have you asked support? It isn’t your fault. The casino should have let it slide since the error is on their side. Is the casino reputable or well-known? Even if it is, I’d advise you to just move to another casino. What kind of situation is that? It’s already hard to win, and now you even owe the casino. Lol. If it’s not stated in their TOS, maybe the casino’s budget is tight if they’re even making you shoulder their error.

You would have at least screen shot it and paste it here so we will be more convince because you saying it without a prove looks kinda way, although I have experienced somthing like that but not the same as yours, mine is that my bet played but they settled it as lost meanwhile it's a won, then I quickly sent a report concerning that I know it's a system error but I just need to let them know so they won't see it and just pretend like nothing happened since I didn't report it to them.

To answer your question directly, the answer is that I have never faced such a situation, but yes, I don't remember correctly, but I did have one such wrong bet, but in that case, I got my betting amount back into my account and was able to use it correctly again.
Here I didn't even have to go to casino support, instead I got the problem solved automatically. At the same time, I also think that such errors are not a big problem. Unless the casino is a scammer, contacting casino support can quickly resolve such problems.

While cheque is to encash.

Because betting sites wouldn't allow users to bet after balance getting zero. refund of betting can be the big not really a refund, system notification reported betting as failed and get refund, but it not really failed, I think just like that.

Shouldn't be possible and I dont see how it can be your fault as no credit is extended to create such a situation.   I have placed bets where I paid it failed to actually remember my bet just nothing, I paid for no actual bet in the game and it had closed for the game start.
   That shouldn't be possible but it was not the best operation I playing on, had to contact them manually one time they refunded the no bet cost I paid and the next time they couldn't be bothered.   They closed down the site not too much time later which should be of no surprise, they saw no fault in their system of course but these things happen.

The only reason for having this could be related to internal issues on casinos (likewise a bet get forfait or just an error while exchange btc - fiat and vice versa).
Of course no casino would allow this in general - even if they can collect money this would be clearly hard to do (and probably the amount to collect would not support any effort)

I never experienced like you but that will be worst experience if we have negative balance in our account. I don't know how casino handle it.
