There are still times though where I'm still losing in my positions, but I can control my emotions now, and I would say that it really helped me to survive in this first 3 months of the year. Controlling your emotions especially when you lost money is no joke because your brain will put you into a state where it will say that "You need to recover those losses IMMEDIATELY.", and that's what's hard to control.

Well over time, you will learn how to control your emotions especially when you're losing, but in your first months or years in trading, it will be hard. Like really hard, but once you can do it, it will help you and your decision-making massively.
