What happened: I've been using my rollbit account since 2023. I've made dozens of deposits and withdrawals and never had any issues until a few weeks ago. All services on their website were frozen and KYC documents were requested. I immediately provided these documents and had passed level 3 KYC, but I was still unable to wager on any of the offerings on the website. I contacted support and was asked to "please list the other accounts you've had on rollbit". When I responded that this is my only account, I was told to email compliance and wait for a response. A couple weeks later I received an email back once again asking to declare any potentially linked or associated accounts. I immediately went to live chat and once again stated that this is my only account, but I was once again ignored I knew this was a common problem with rollbit, but I had been using the website for so long with instant withdrawals that I didn't think this would happen to me. Otherwise, I never would've trusted leaving such a large balance on there. I've never used a VPN when accessing the website and 99% of my account activity comes from the same home IP address, with a small amount of activity coming from cell phone data while I wasn't at home I'm looking for third party mediation here as I'm confident there's zero proof of any wrong doing on my end. It doesn't seem like a coincidence that I can seamlessly deposit/withdraw thousands of dollars over the course of a 2-3 year span, but as soon as I'm holding a significant balance they start throwing around baseless accusations. I've been playing offshore for 15+ years with good standing accounts at all the top offshore bookmakers, I have a fairly deep understanding of how this all works. I don't believe rollbit is acting in good faith and they would absolutely lose this case if mediation is possible User ID: degen01 PM/Chat Logs: https://imgur.com/a/DqBs3f8Email: https://imgur.com/a/PWtHJVhI can provide any and all information necessary upon request. I see that some mods here have a relationship with rollbit, so assistance in this matter would be appreciated. I'd also be more than happy to pay for mediation if necessary I will constantly update this thread every step of the way

Hi, I can no longer help. I do still have contact from Rollbit, but they choose one specific streamline to dispute resolution following players escalating their issue on many platforms at once. Thus, they cease from every ADR as well as the forum and players need to escalate to their compliance team, of which later [if the compliance find it necessary to get Razer's call on a matter], they will reach Razer. So, best option for you right now is to write to compliance as [I am quite sure] you're already instructed.

I'm now on week 6 of rollbit freezing all services and withdrawals on my account
Live support is completely unresponsive and it appears compliance moves at a snails pace. I've insisted on involving a neutral third party for mediation, even one of their choosing, but there's a complete lack of communication on their end. In my 15+ years of betting offshore, I've never seen such a large scale operation act this way; this is typically how small tier shady books operate
I will continue to update this thread as more information becomes available

As stated on my previous post, Rollbit wasn't just withdraw themselves from this forum for dispute resolution, they withdraw themselves from every third party ADR. Every. And that's because players in the past tend to [and was encouraged by several members here] escalate to ADR despite the case was being actively tried here. It creates a situation of double-ticket [if not triple or quadruple], where they have to respond on both platform, each with their own pace and development. Thus, they remove their support from every platform and goes into one-stop-streamline.

You just worded it in a way that makes it seem like it's just easier to streamline as an operation, when from an outsiders perspective it just looks like a way to do whatever they'd like without being held accountable Are we expected to believe it's just a coincidence that the online casino that has *by far* the most multi accounting accusations against players has decided to deny any third party mediation? It doesn't seem shady at all that I'm willing to have any trusted third party mediate this case while they don't? Again, I had built trust with rollbit despite literally hundreds/thousands of accusations against them over the past few years. It again doesn't seem like a coincidence that after 2.5 years of seamless deposits/withdrawals they decide to throw around baseless accusations just as my account balance balloons I've been willing to work with them this entire time while they continue to ignore me

You just worded it in a way that makes it seem like it's just easier to streamline as an operation, when from an outsiders perspective it just looks like a way to do whatever they'd like without being held accountable [...] Unfortunately, yes. Upon ceasing from any dispute resolution platform, their compliance department become the judge, jury, and [in most cases] executioner. They will begin with invitation to contact their compliance dept under blanket statement of multi-acc, and if they find you're indeed breached a ToS, they will hit you with blanket statement of AML/ATF and offer you to raise it to legal course if you want to. I worded it the way Razer informed me, simplified. Because I can explain word-for-word of the basis why Rollbit hit players with multi-acc for starter and AML/ATF as closing statement, if you want me to. But that's a long and headache I don't want to redo over and over as I've explained in many of older cases against Rollbit. Do I like it? No. Can I do anything about it? No. Can you do something about it? Yes, create a flag with concrete evidence of their wrongdoings and why you're on the right side. If DTs deemed your substantiating evidence is enough, they'll support... I'll support. Perhaps it's time to get Rollbit the banner. Are we expected to believe it's just a coincidence that the online casino that has *by far* the most multi accounting accusations against players has decided to deny any third party mediation? No, as mentioned above [it come to my awareness that I haven't mentioned that here on this thread, so, my apology for that] tge multi-accounting accusation is their blanket statement to invite you to reach their compliance team, where the team will handle and check your account. You --and other players-- are not necessarily actually multi-acc, it's simply their blanket statement. Razer explained to me once [or was it twice?] about the basis of this blanket statement, the ground that justify it, but I am too lazy to spell it out again, over andd over, every time a case against rollbit popped up.

Razer explained to me once [or was it twice?] about the basis of this blanket statement, the ground that justify it, but I am too lazy to spell it out again, over andd over, every time a case against rollbit popped up. I've already received the dreaded reply email regarding AML/ATF with the offer to pursue them legally. Based on what you've told me, I will assume that there's virtually zero chance left for me to resolve this with rollbit on my own Historically speaking, a curacao license has meant nothing. I've been betting offshore for 15+ years, I've seen all types of disputes from people online and I can't recall one time where the CGA actually stepped in and ruled in favour of the player. There's rumblings that they've started cleaning up their act, but again I'm skeptical I guess I'll just have to continue pursuing this any way I can. If it was a smaller amount of money I'd be more willing to eat the loss and move on, but considering the amount combined with knowing I haven't done anything wrong, this case is about both the money and principle I'll look into creating a flag and research how this entire process works And thanks again, I appreciate your continued assistance with this mess

You can create a flag here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=3067300It's getting real old seeing the same shit rollbit is doing over and over and over again. Always using the same wording if they decide they don't want you as a player anymore cause maybe you are not profitable. "Please list your other accounts" is their main phrase to show you the door, without providing evidence but keeping customers's funds. We have seen it in the past when after going back and forth in here they took their accusation back and paid the player, but in most cases they don't even bother to react. Disgusting behavior and I agree that OP should create a flag and hopefully it will see some support so that this casino finally gets some warning signs!

I've been dealing with some unfortunate situations in my life and haven't had the chance to update this thread
A few weeks ago I realized that I had a separate message in my email from razer. I responded to this via email but it was just sent to the original live chat thread that was started almost 2.5 months ago. Both this message and the follow up email to compliance have gone unanswered. I can still log into my account, but it's still completely useless as everything is still frozen including my withdrawals
I've been completely stonewalled by rollbit with zero communication on their end for the better part of 2 months. At no point have they made it clear what they're accusing me of or how we can move forward towards a possible resolution. At no point in my 15+ years of betting offshore have I experienced anything like this. Over the years I've read about thousands of cases players have brought forward regarding dozens of sportsbooks, but I've never seen such a large operation act in this manner; this type of behavior is typically reserved for scam operations with zero regard for their own reputation
I will continue moving forward and pursuing any and all avenues. I'll be looking to create a flag here in the coming days and I will be contacting the curucao gaming authority and making them aware of this situation. Not holding my breathe with CGA as I've never heard of them actually assisting players in the past, but maybe they actually are cleaning up their act and turning a corner now
Again, I will continue to update this thread as *hopefully* some progress is made

I don't think I understand this post perfectly [then again, my brain is at 1mb capacity today]. What was Razer said to you? Mind to share it here, with your email address being censored but the sender address shown? I need to understand better, because if it is razer who send you the email, I might be able to move a stone or two [don't hold your breath though], as it means the team nudged razer for opinion and he told me once that he can only influence an outcome when the compliance escalate to him.

I am kinda sure that "Razer" from live support is not the same person behind pseudonym Razer in my personal contact who has control to overturn some ruling. That Razer you communicate with is most likely the alias of the staff holding the live support account to address you. As such, I have to take my step back to the original point, as I can't help much without the case being directly escalated by compliance to Razer.

Update
After doing some extensive digging, I did find that I created an account about 7 months prior to opening my current rollbit account in 2023. This original account was never used to deposit, withdraw or access any of the services on rollbit's website. There was no malicious intent as the account was never used for anything, all that was done on this original account was email verification
I have contacted rollbit and made them aware of this. I will update this thread once I receive a response from them

It's been over a month since I emailed compliance with no response. It's been over 2 months since anyone on live chat has actually responded to anything I've sent them
While I'm now frustrated and annoyed beyond belief, there's no chance I'm just letting this go. If it was a few thousand dollars I'd just write it off and move on, but $25,000 is a significant amount no matter how much you have and I'm not backing down when all I've done wrong is win too much at rollbit
It's embarrassing such a large platform with massive revenue acts like a shady broke 3rd tier offshore book operating out of a tanning salon

Update
I finally received some form of communication over live chat for the first time in over 2 months. Noir entered the chat and asked me a couple of questions. We exchanged a few messages but I haven't received a response after the last message 12+ hours ago
This gives me a glimmer of hope with this situation. I'm hopeful this will be the start to what is *hopefully* a satisfying conclusion to this mess. I've never been in this situation of being wrongfully accused of things after all these years betting offshore. Easily one of the most frustrating positions to be in

Major Update
I received a message from rollbit about 10 minutes ago notifying me that my account has been restored. Sports limits were reduced to $1 but I can use all other services and already put in a withdrawal request for majority of my balance which was received minutes later
@holydarkness I appreciate your assistance with this. Not sure if I can change the thread title on my end but you're good to mark the thread as resolved. Thanks again

Sorry that I left you on monologue for the past few days, I have to greatly reduce my screen time for uhh... a situation. Glad that it is resolved. You do right to "mark" it as resoved by editing the title and add resolved. To finalize the thread as completely resolved though, you don't need mod's assistance. You can lock the thread yourself by pressing "lock thread" button located at the bottom left side of the page.
