Me personally I don't see gambling as resting, and I have a stipulated time for gambling just as I have for my daily duties, I treat gambling as stressful activities and I don't need to keep doing it every time without control so for that reason, there is a timetable that I follow with gambling, and I have the principle of never exceeding my time and money that I budgeted, this helps me to keep ahead and stay time conscious all the time.

It depends on each person's perception. I once played relying on cashback and managed to win, so I immediately withdrew my winnings without thinking twice. Yea, I had recommend using a self designed times for those people that can not personally remain discipline on their own and have a time limit by just controlling every of their activities. I said to myself that if I can control every other daily activities of mine, then I can also do same for gambling, it's simple for me, I only gamble when I have chance, if I'm tired at times, I just had to rest skip gambling. Once you start planning hours that you're going to gamble then you begin to see that as a way of making money and that can trigger you and make you become addicted or overdo it that it makes you to lose a lot of money.
