I don't set a specific time for gambling, I gamble whenever I have free time. I never gamble by spending important time, it is not wise to gamble outside of prudent money and prudent time. I don’t try to set any strict limits on my budget or time, my approach works a bit differently. I choose a few bets that I want to place, and I always bet a fixed amount on them. Time is very important in any things that we are going to make.
Its like other things like... "money" that you must take care of. I would say just another form for giving value to something.

Yes. There is even a saying that 'time is money', but if we are doing well in gambling, then I think it is only okay to allocate more hours on it in order to earn more profit. We can just treat it like a job, as we know that on a regular job we can also burn a lot of time there every single day and usually weekend is only our rest time and the sad part is that workers are also underpaid.
