OP has not been online for more than 1 month so that user should be able to contact Vega support via email and explain the problem, which I don't see that he did that.. because we can't just look at one side and conclude that Vega has cheated him, surely from Vega's side there is a strong reason why they did that which I'm curious about what their response will be.. because until now that user has only replied in this thread and has not shown any official message from Vega via email regarding the problem.

Let's talk as fair as possible, I previously said Vega impossible to scam money with nominal only $2K, and I am sure of it. But, this condition, the speculation already too long, forum member need to know, a clarification from Vega so this problem not getting complicated. When one problem become scam accusation and there is no clarification or explanation from Vega, negative speculation will grow more. That's why I say there must be a resolution from Vega, we need explanation of the event timeline and the reason behind until this user account is blocked. Of course there will be a strong reason, but if no clue here, i'm afraid the trust from forum member will decreased slowly. I supported vega to give a clarification sooner and make it clear.

I agree it's been long enough without any clarity of Vega. In the main, when a person accuses a scam, silence tends to raise even more doubts for the other forum members and even though the casino might have a good reason for what they are doing. While I don't think it's a risk that a reputable casino would take to their reputation to publish a $2K amount, transparency is key. In the case of the ToS violation, multi-accounting, AML checks, or suspicious activity, Vega should provide a minimum of a simple explanation and provide evidence to the user that makes it public. Restoring order and preventing unnecessary speculation is through the help of clear communication.
