I think I truly found a bug for deposit selection on Vega bet.
There are two options: Fiat and Crypto.

If I firstly choose Crypto, then I choose USDT for example, after that I have another place for selecting chain from TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, TON and more. It is well with Crypto for deposit selection.


Bug is with Fiat

If I turn from Crypto to Fiat but I don't choose a Fiat currency yet, there is still a box for selecting chain.
If I choose ERC20 chain, there will be a message "Something went wrong! Try it later"

My suggestion, if Fiat is chosen, and the fiat currency is not chosen yet, the box for selecting chain must be automatically empty (blank), and any previous information from Crypto must be changed to empty.

Another bug is if I change from Crypto (that I already got my deposit address for USDT on TRC20, for example), then change to Fiat but not yet choose any fiat currency, the USDT TRC20 address is still shown in the box.

My suggestion, the box should be reset to empty too.

I may not like the captcha update, I'm still logged in so i haven't experience how tough it is, but it is not nice if i have to struggle to access my account, I won from the Vega raffle, If they should release our wins, I won't be happy going through the stress.

I totally agree with you on this. Security is valued, particularly in casino platform where money is involved but it must not turn into a nuisance to users each time they attempt to access them. It's my discovery and my contribution to VegaBet for improvement of their platform, one by one, if they can improve each of them, they can make a better platform. It's not my criticism, just pure contribution for better VegaBet for everyone to use.

They can make it is like an ordinal flow, only if the first box is chosen, then the second box will be available for choosing options in it. Otherwise, the second box must be turn off (disabled) and all previous information must be automatically changed to blank.

I've tested the same scenario you mentioned above using 2 different browsers and mobile view. Same result as yours. So yeah, this is a minor bug. Instead of having an empty selection when switching to Fiat from Crypto, I think it's better to set a default fiat, let’s say RUB. So RUB and all RUB payment methods will be displayed when you switch to fiat. No need to select first.

yep, now I bit confidence if Vega even not active as forum member, but they are have something to do for their users. this is still good experience. The giveaway was given in BTC, so the withdrawal was in same network.

Withdrawal fee was about $3.xx which is normal as we know BTC to have higher fees than other options.

Encountered the same to other casino and I will suggest that box is not needed on this deposit.

1. You can choose what you want to receive on your account regardless on what you will deposit. You can choose FIAT if you want USDT,JPY or other currency or Crypto if you want to say on  that depo.
Then after that, you can now choose the deposit method .

It’s indeed a bug or a glitch, I just checked the deposit process, and I tried to do as you explained, but everything turned out perfect in my own side. From choosing either crypto or fiat deposits, to the coin to deposits and the preferable network, I think maybe they have corrected or it works perfectly as I just checked.
I only noticed that the fiat currency is limited to some countries, but all countries can deposit fiat, while I even prefer depositing crypto instead of the fiat currency.
