I don't think Vega will block accounts without a good reason, so I think you should contact support and explain your problem in detail and attach your images to the chat so they can see your problem. or you can email them and explain your problem, including any images you think are important to support your problem. If you are claiming that a casino is scamming you. It's a very serious allegation to make and you want to be able to present solid evidence before you make the accusation. If the account was blocked with 22 SOL in it, screenshots, transaction history or a conversation with the community would help them understand better. Casinos should also be able to deal with the complaints in a straightforward manner without giving players any confusion. If there is no evidence from either party, it's just another fight that no one can prove. Hard to conclude immediately that they are now scamming people, so maybe for now try to do some follow ups regarding on that case you raised to them. If many days past still they ignore you then go to scam accusation section. From there you can post your case then bring those proofs to notify lots of people that you have an issue with this casino.

It's not small amount of money for individuals but I think he's saying that for a casino to scam with that amount is quite small. But both of you are right with that.
