Not only did support just act like nothing was going on now I can't even click the support tab, my profile shows nothing and I have no screenshot of my winnings, there's no email either. I had requested a 7 sol withdrawal and a 6 sol withdrawal after waiting for 2 days, then my account was blocked and the support played dumb.       

I was mostly playing live casino and some slots, mostly live casino.




Vega is building their image and I have also contacted their support services, and it is handled professionally. so I don't think they would be so careless as to try playing dumb when there are accusations like this.

so my suggestion, you need a proper report to file your complaint.. you can't accuse this of being a scam platform when all you've provided is a screenshot of your blocked account and a claim that you have a balance there that needs to be withdrawn. I'm not trying to defend anyone, but there are rules for everything, even if you want to take this to a higher level, you need to provide well-documented evidence, without that your allegations won't be taken seriously.

Vega has an email on their website, you can try to contact support from there if you don't find live support.

Well, no one apart from you knows exactly what happened that made them block your account, and I have seen no serious complain regarding account blocking and maybe withdrawal problems until now that you laid your complain here, and the reason why most people don’t take you serious is how you about written a lot of negative worlds about list casino platforms.

Perhaps you didn’t read the rules well and you maybe violated some of their rules and get yourself into this position, or you will need to provide tangible evidence to this forum to get backup, if not your case will never be taken serious.

I did not, I use a martingale like strategy and scam casinos don't like that, that's why I've been getting blocked but the reality is I never break the ToS as I always review it. Not every casino has banned me I still do it on some other ones, I think the main flag is that an account is profitable.

At least they could address what I did wrong but they can't because their ToS does NOT mention anything against my strategy and they know it.

If you are doing nothing against their policy,  then there should be a clear explanation why your account was actually blocked and not giving you a silent treatment. Transparency is going to be important in such cases as this, because if a platform begins to delay withdrawals without good communication with the player,  it is natural that the player will be suspicious.

Secondly many casinos consider martingale strategies to be high risk since players who play the game aggressively may activate or trigger security or risk management systems,  most especially if the user is making profit over and over again.  But still they did not provide evidence or a clear explanation of why your account was actually blocked.

My biggest problem in this situation is not even about the strategy you are using,  but the lack of proper communication and proof from both sides.
