Who are you in gambling (winner or loser)?

Even without surveys, we can actually say that majority are losing while gambling, and only few have experienced extra luck and gain life changing results from gambling.

I am loser and has suffered deficits all throughout my gambling days, but I don't think that reason alone should bother me, or everyone who is currently losing right now.

We all gamble to have some fun and make some profits, its just that some chose to chase their losses because they can't bear the losses anymore, or just the thought of having them being taken advantage by the house is simply unacceptable for them. Well they should have not entered gambling in the first place.

Without counting it at all, i am already very sure that i have lost more money than i have gained. In fact i avoid counting it, because not only is it a waste of time, but it can also cause regret over the money that has been lost. The most important thing is to be aware of the risks, as long as the goal is to have fun, then it's okay. So i choose to gamble for fun and don't count the money.

I voted fun because that is where I belong in gambling so I don't count my losses while gambling because I don't want to be trigger to get rich quick through gambling. However, since losing is part of the game it's better to gamble responsibly without keeping track of the money that you can not afford to get back, so I have never thought of being profitable in the game because I know that gambling depends on luck.

Whether one is counting their wins or not, we already know that gambling is a game where the players remains in a circle of both losses and wins, the road to being a winner is not smoth and the road to being a losses is not also without winning. If there are very lucky people who stay a winner for a long time without losing, it's only few people and the possibility of that happening is very slim. But the approach which you are using in gambling is not bad.

I can be described as a winner and a loser in gambling, but most of the time I am an entertainment player. Similarly to what you have said, gambling is mostly left to chance and nobody can always remain at the winning end indefinitely. Winning and losing will be a part of the cycle and knowing that will keep the expectations in check. I do not run into losses and use gambling as an easy method of making money. I do not take it as an act of leisure though, only a risk I take and only what I can afford to lose. Under such an attitude, the losses just become easier to take and occasional wins merely serve as an addition to the fun of the experience.

If count how much loss so far in gambling I believe all gambler will quick totally from gambling how most dominance amount loss than profit, seeing the deposit history most often than withdrawal history just few transaction only. Avoid quick from gambling surely all gambler don't count with how much losses in gambling or make bit comparison in last several week, month until last several years how much money spent out for deposit and withdrawing.
I check the vote many user respond about gambling have fun only and don't count how much loss, I think many user prefer for voting this points than count how much loss since active become gambler.

I like your perspective on gambling. For you to have simply acknowledged that gambling comes with risks and accepting that fun is the primary goal helps shift the focus from chasing wins to simply enjoying the experience. The primary objective of gambling is for the entertainment of it and not the money part, the money in it is more of the tantalizing part of gambling than the fun but when you allow yourself to put more attention to the money and neglected the fun part of it, like some people try to use gambling for survival instead of the fun.

Although I rarely count everything. For the first week of this month, I am still in profit, although small. I only bet on sports and haven’t played casino games this month. 
I don’t know if I can maintain the profit until the end of the month. But I plan to add a small deposit for the next week to try my luck in casino games. I am rarely lucky with casino games, earning more wins from sports betting.

It makes sense you can get some profit from betting on sports, instead of doing it by gambling on casino games. That means you have a considerable edge against other bettors, who may not have as much intuition or understanding of sports like you do.

Honestly, I have never been able to get any significant money off betting on sports, I simply recognize I don't have such a level of experience and also I don't have time to get up-to-date with the much relevant information concerning sports I like.

Do you have time to do your own research before betting or you truly just trust your gut when comes to your positions on the market?

I never take special time to conduct research. In the first week, I usually gain ordinary profits, but when I look over several months, I usually still see negative values. 
Still, in sports betting, sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose. You can't win consistently. 
I only bet on teams or matches that I am genuinely interested in and know the team's strengths. I don't make random bets. Although sometimes, intuition can also help me when making bets.
