Are questions like this necessary? I'm pretty sure that 98% of gamblers lose. Even if we hit the jackpot or massive win once or twice, I'm pretty sure we still lose overall.

Well, you are right, some of us are in for the fun of it, and gambling makes the game more interesting. Gambling is just like life itself; we win some, we lose some. You can't always be a winner, and you can't remain a loser forever

The thing is that some of us doesn't understand gambling right, gambling is meant for fun but due to greediness and joblessness in some countries, that is what makes some people to think that gambling is basically for source of income, we need to know that gambling is game of luck and wining today in gambling does not guarantee a gambler every day wining, but some people doesn't see gambling like that, people who says that they are into gambling for fun, if you check inside them, you will notice that they dont really mean what they said, almost every gambler have intension to win more than losing and that is why people are more getting addicted from gambling

However, I estimate that my losses and winnings (in monetary terms) are roughly equal. Not even that... I probably lost more at the casino than I won. However, my losses are insignificant. They didn't drain my wallet that much. 💸

I'm probably a fairly conservative gambler. I don't really like taking risks and view gambling more as a way to practice risk tolerance. Gambling allows me to come to terms with the presence of risk in real life. Just playing a game of chance is enough to understand that there is no order in the world. Chaos rules the world. 🐲

At the same time, I'm a little smarter now (than I was in my youth) and don't view gambling as a way to make money. In my opinion, gambling cannot improve your material well-being. It cannot replace a business or a job.  However, they are a good stress reliever, so they can be considered entertainment.

The earlier he realises the truth the better for him. So that he should minimise the amount of money he used to gamble. The fact is that some people failed to accept the reality, most especially when they have developed a very serious or strong interest for that particular thing. Losses are very common in gambling, but some gamblers are only considering the competitive side of gambling, and will always wish to be superior no matter how much it cost them. We don't have to take everything too personal, at least for our mental health and well-being. It is very important to protect our financial stability, even if you have to be submissive to maintain or ensure that you are physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically fit, then do no hesitate to do so.

By the definition of gambling word itself it’s very hard to missed how gambling works.

I believe gamblers understand the risk they are taking since they knew that they can lose their bets but the problem is they tend to ignore that risk and focus on the positive side which is the profit.

Gambling games are all addictive by design so gambler usually have greedy ambition once they already addicted to winning.

Well some people have become genuinely professional when it comes to gambling. There winning comes more frequently than the loses, unlike others where there loses are more than there wining.
Gambling is a game of luck and chance meaning it is not sure that you will win, but certain that losses are sure because this is where the sites gets more money to run the business.

However, without a profitable strategy, a player will slowly move toward losing because casinos, bets, and other games require a constant positive flow of profits from the player, who pays for the gambling business. And if a player doesn't have significant advantages over other players, such as a deep understanding of the game and a clear vision of winning situations, then they'll likely simply lose money frequently, and the rest will be illusions they've created in their head. I'm certainly a losing player, but I think that with effort I can change this trajectory and become a profitable player—a dream many people have.

Those that are always curious to make quick money from the gambling platforms they are using should do that with ease because there is no way you want to do it that casino is not going to make money from you. You can be profitable at first ans be happy hoping to make more money but the biggest surprise will be when you start losing bets for no reason.

In terms of finances, I have been an absolute loser. Because I have been losing money to gambling like a fool, but the financial aspect is just one of the many in gambling. When you combine the entertainment and relaxation aspects, it's perhaps worth although sometimes the cost is too high.

It's similar to how you plan a vacation, and after returning, you realize you spent too much and not much of value was gained apart from some refreshment.

Do I regret gambling? Nope. But could have been more controlled and limited for sure.

Being aware of any poor mathematical chances is the best line of self defence of any person in the contemporary world. We should understand that in the long run, gaming systems would guarantee a continuous profit to the service providers. Although we will shield our family outlays against major shocks, by only betting the amount of money we are comfortable to lose. This is the logical method with which we are in complete control and not in any way anxious.

Exactly, they recover a week and loss a month and then become satisfied with the one week recovery pay out that seem to be convincing mean while it’s always not convincing enough if they try to compare but then how many gamblers are ready to compare very few and that few are usually losing interest after discovering that they are just wasting their time trying to make a good amount of money from gambling instead they sometimes resort to gambling majorly for fun.

Those who gamble for fun do not need to track their gambling wins and losses because they do not prioritize money. However, most gamblers start gambling for fun but later on, their main goal is to make money. I gamble but I don't try to look at my past gambling results. We all know that in the long run, the gambling platform will be the most profitable but still we continue to gamble regularly. I have wins also there are losses. Honestly, I am not too worried about my gambling results so far because I do not gamble beyond my ability.

If our money deposited on casinos and eventually loss to our bad luck as served the purpose of giving us hours of entertainment, then it is not actualky lost, we could even say it was money well spent.

Also, I don't think it is so difficult as it sounds to admit one has lost money to casinos or bookies. The hard part actually is to quantify and give an accurate number of our total "losses" through the years and then, realize we have deposited thousands or dozens of thousands of dollars we are not going to recover again.

That is one the reasons I firmly believe we are better off forgetting any money we deposit into the casino/bookie and not to register it in any way, shape or form.

The most important thing is that you gamble with a set budget and you stick to that particular budget every single time you gamble, then you literally don’t need to track your wins and losses cos none of that really matters, especially when you’re gambling for fun. The only thing that’s meant to be tracked is your gambling inflows, but that’s when you don’t have a particular budget or you have one but not consistent in sticking to those budgets.
