1. You look at the reputation of the account, you read the feedback left on their profile
2. You look at their thread and the past deals they have made
3. Make sure the user is still active in the forum
4. Read the sticky threads on the appropriate board, you will see more guidelines.

1. When you receive service offers through PM
2. The posts and messages from newbies should not be taken lightly. Most of the accounts are created to scam
3. Look out for negative trust rating, trust flags on the profiles and suspicious posting patterns
