How do you spot untrustworthy casino?

I think I came across a casino that was posting biggest wins in their casino on their Twitter account, but they never gave details. They only posted that $ amount was on in sports betting, but never showed ticket, event used for that prediction, nothing. I think that is red flag, when casinos fake or hide information about winnings in their casino.

Those casinos that also hire influencers who showcase fake wins. These influencers will promote these casinos by claiming how they had easily won thousands without stress. They will never give clarifications on how they won, but keep showing big wins. This is indeed a red flag since they are deceiving people. 

To sum-up that, if your experience with casino starts with a lie, dont expect anything good from it.

Today it is best to check everything you see online or what others say online. Even if what casino say and show is true, we are so used to being deceived, that it is worth to spend some time and check everything. Too many unresolved complaints make a casino untrustworthy to me; they have to resolve or address every issue that comes up. If the complainant takes the issue to an arbitrator, the casino should be willing to submit to arbitration to prove its case.
We have too many complaints where the casino just accused one user without providing any evidence and then refused to be bothered again, even if the complainant has evidence that he is not cheating.

First red flag was that the casino was pretty new and unknown to me, I didn’t know it's reputation or anything about it.

If it's a new casino, it cannot be considered a red flag right away; it's their action and questionable offers that will make them one if they are running for several months, like 5 months, and they do not market their platform and have dubious and deceptive giveaways, then we can consider this a red flag as they intend to scam and not to promote their platform.
