WARNING: Scammed by Bets.io out of $14,000

Bets.io is a scam black hole crypto website. They claim to be a crypto casino with no KYC and have good ratings from askgamblers but they make it impossible to cash out. When you follow their “steps” they close your account and seize your money. This is a warning to all people to avoid this website and that it is a scam. They stole $14,000 from me without cause or any justification. They won’t even tell me what I did.

Per another victim from askgamblers: “ warn the gambling community about Bets.io and their predatory use of "Section 11: LOW RISK STRATEGY" to seize player winnings.
​Recently, the casino deducted 254.83 USDT from my balance without providing any specific evidence. When I requested a detailed explanation or bet logs showing the alleged "fraudulent" or "automated" activity, their support team simply hit a brick wall, stating they "cannot disclose internal detection methods" and that the "decision is finalized."

As a fully KYC-verified player who has gambled manually and fairly, I find it highly suspicious that a regulated operator can seize funds based on a vague "catch-all" clause without offering any transparency. If a casino can take your money and refuse to show you why, your funds are never safe there. I have already attempted to file a formal dispute, and because the casino refuses to provide logs, I am now escalating this to the Anjouan Gaming Board.”

OP did not have to offer half the money; all he had to do was create a thread on the scam accusation board, post all his evidence, such as chat screenshots and transactions that he really played on Bets.io, and challenge Bets.io over their decision to withhold his earnings.
Only you, OP, can do that because it's your case.

I couldn't find this casino when doing a search using the forums search function but glad someone put a link to their thread. This user contacted me on telegram a week ago regarding this case. Looks like their rep is active and I am waiting for a reply from them regarding this case.

Hate when sites scam users but curious as to what they'll say their reason is for confiscating the money.

That ANN thread has not had any activity since last year. The op of the thread is not active there even on their first ANN  on the forum, but the rep has always come online and left without posting anything; we just hope there is a reply from them after Yahoo has sent them a DM.

Unfortunately, most people tend to ignore and disregard the accusations that others make on Trustpilot, always thinking they are false accusations, accounts created by people to tarnish the casino's image. For example, on Trustpilot there is an accusation against this casino made in November 2024, that's over a year ago, and if you had done research and looked at that:

You wouldn't have lost money at that scam casino, which has been scamming people since 2024. They are scam specialists, they've been robbing people for years, and obviously no one will be able to help you recover your money. I wonder why use these new casinos when there are serious and honest older casinos? In any case, you'd better prepare yourself psychologically to accept that you'll never get your money back.

It's actually sad when I hear people losing money to crypto casinos for a simple mistake they ought to have avoided if only they had done proper research when they ought to. And for the fact that this has already happened, I don't think it is still too late for the casino representative of Bets.io to come explain to the house why they have decided to confiscate O.Ps $14,000. Because I literally just checked the casino representative of Bets.io account and saw that the account was last active just yesterday. Which means the account is still active on this forum. Sorry about your situation OP, but wait a second Bets.io is not a casino affiliated with the forum in terms of no announcement thread on the forum or anything in those lines and makes pressurizing them difficult..

Best options you left with is other third party mediators like casinoguru or askgamblers.. but thanks for alerting the Bitcointalk community.

Consider leaving them something on their Trust pilot too, whatever works..

OP please legitimize the scam accusation by including some more details or follow what this thread says - Welcome! Read Important Guidelines & Procedures Before Posting Scam Accusations

We need to look at those chat logs between you and the support, screenshots of deposits and withdrawals, what your balance looked like after the winnings, etc.

If indeed the casino acted unfairly towards you or if they don't come out to resolve the issue, their profile will be tagged and flagged.
