You can make a ban appeal, like with this thread, or find your opportunity in Second chances thread but your account has no good net contributions in the community, there will be no second chance.

Basically you can not prove things like this.

There's been no policy change. redsn0w wasn't permanently banned due to several factors which made me think that permabanning him would be a net negative for the forum. Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.

It does not work like that.

You should read before posting, and reading forum rules is most important. If you had read forum rules, you would have known that plagiarism leads to account ban.

As you have already announced, it was your account that got banned because of such a mistake that you did not know. I checked your banned account, which is not that old, and since you have already created a new one, why not keep using this one? And don't repeat such mistakes again, so that you don't get banned again. Also, keep in mind that making multiple accounts is not considered a good act on the forum, but as you have already announced and mentioned your previous account, it's fine now.

Also, this time, I would recommend that you to visit this section Beginners & Help. In this section, you will get a lot of information that will help you not to get banned again. Other than this, I have seen some replies in this same thread where users have already shared some useful and informative topics. Visit them as well.

Plagiarism is a major offense here on forum, so it's advisable we stay off. However It's sad he has learned the hard way but if grace find him out then good for him. Furthermore, it's important for newbies to go through the rules and regulations that guard the forum so as to avoid falling victim of any kind.

Unfortunately, plagiarism is the most serious offense on this forum and just apologizing for it will not help you.
There is a very small chance that the admins will forgive you and remove the permanent ban on your account. For that to happen, you would really have to have an account that has a notable role and importance for this forum and you have only been a member for a few weeks and have only written a few posts.
Many banned members have tried this but failed.
I don't think you can continue writing on this forum, and with a new account you can only write in the topic about removing your ban.

You are correct here, the chances are really higher that the admin will not allow OP's old account to post again.
As Plagrisim is a great example of shit-posting, and it is just a useless weight on the forum, which just overloads it in my point of view.
So, in case the OP wants to share something plagiarized, then I would really advise him to share a reference to that content and only share if it is something important, helpful, or informative. Other than this, this behaviour will not be acceptable in any way. I have seen many accounts being banned due to plagiarized content that also doesn't share a reference to the original content.

Nowadays, when even children are being brainwashed into thinking that the use of AI in content creation (audio/video/text) is completely normal, I don't expect the number of plagiarized posts to decrease, but rather the opposite.

This is considered ban evasion and is against the forum rules.
Note that you are not allowed to use another account if one of your accounts has been banned.

You should have followed what Free Market Capitalist suggested to you on your previous thread. Because if you did, you would have known that plagiarism is against the forum rules, and you probably wouldn't be in this situation.

The reason why you were denied access to post in the forum, were written boldly with red ink and also been circled, You're suppose to know that you have been restricted from forum via postings due to plagiarism..
