If I was able to accurately predict asset value I'd probably not be a developer. Unless I was making bots to speculate for me.

Who cares- if you bought it over priced, too bad. Rather then bitch about it, you should pitch in to try and make something great to bring the coin value back up. Or, perhaps just stop focusing on the price for now and focus on doing something other then complaining. There isn't a project in bitcoin land that doesn't have all the same criticism and complaining. Mastercoin isn't some unique example. Get over it.

I have a suggestion- since this thread has long since ceased to be informative or useful for anything other than MSC bashing, lets lock the thread and close it.

Mastercointalk (has the signup bug been fixed yet?) should be the place to talk mastercoin as it's impossible to follow anything other then trolling here. Take a look at what a good job Storj is doing keeping in touch with the community and lets take a hint from them. Otherwise, the update page on the mastercoin website is doing a fantastic job, and it's personally really renewing confidence for me in the project to see that yes things are happening every day. If you're not going to lock this thread, why not at least copy paste the updates from the blog here? But I recommend fixing mastercointalk and closing this thread.

I don't think we need to block it again. Eventually the problems will be figured out (now) and it'll be wonderful as always as we accomplish what we think soon enough, but we need the criticism to make that happen and the memory to understand every single little bit's value.  We all know we're here for each other to help you our way. When it's our turn, I say we help each other to fix what we see we can fix together and it'll work out, like usual! /powerofthetruth
