Can you cross-check?
Of course, I will check again because I still could not understand why it took so much time. 4hrs have deviated so much from the estimated time. I have never gotten it above 60 mins. It is usually within 30 - 60 mins. I also applaud you for being calm within this period. I have followed competitors thread where people will start complaining once it gets to 2hrs without processing.
Yes, it seems to me that it took longer than usual. The first time I used the exchange, it was completed within (30-50) minutes but this time I didn't realize that the exchange would take so long. However, I was waiting for the transaction to complete and after a long wait, I saw that the transaction was completed. But maybe a representative of (Dex.Fo) can tell me why such a problem occurred.

No exchange is immune to this. However, I believe that the authorities may take a serious interest in an exchange’s activities if there is a massive volume of transactions originating from hackers. With that in mind, it makes sense for the exchange to certainly implement some filtering to verify the exact source of funds during a transaction. For example, if a hack is known and the addresses that hackers might use for transactions are also known in advance, it’s best to automatically add such addresses to a blacklist.
Bro, the thing is completely different here. You do understand the meaning of no AML! Anyway, I just said that because I wanted it to be on the safer side rather than not, because there are always levels to this dark abyss, and a project can choose where they want to go. Hackers, by the way, move their funds continuously, and most of the hacked amount is still sitting in those wallets because they can't withdraw it or move it out yet due to liquidity and resource issues. The funny thing is centralized exchanges are also being used here, let alone the ones people usually criticize. They blame instant ones, although these are also centralized, but at least you won't lose your identity to the hackers like on tier 1 to tier 2 CEXs.

Real quick, separate from everything above — a straight explanation, no spin. Over the last couple of weeks, replying to a lot of people in a single post led to names getting crossed. A few of you got quoted or thanked for suggestions you never actually made, and a few — Kryptowerk, pooya87, xtraelv — got tagged despite never having posted in this thread at all. Ultegra134 and hosemary flagged the same thing earlier too. That's on us, not on any of you. It happened because whoever was drafting these batch replies was going through a lot of messages at once and mixed up who said what. Human error — someone moving too fast through a long thread and pairing the wrong name to the wrong point. Not any kind of automated system doing this on its own.Kryptowerk — understand the reaction completely. Getting tagged out of nowhere by a "No KYC" service, with no context, is a legitimate reason to be suspicious. There's nothing else behind it — no data pull, no targeting, just a mistake in how the replies were put together. Sorry for the confusion. pooya87, xtraelv — same apology. You didn't say what was attributed to you, that's on us. Going forward we're dropping the habit of tagging specific names in batch replies — clearly error-prone once there's more than a couple of people to respond to in one post. Replies from here address topics without pinning them to individuals. Thanks for calling it out plainly. Better to hear it straight than have it fester. DEX.fo — No KYC. No AML. No registration. First of, I appreciate the reply. Meaning getting any reply at all at least. However, I don't see an explanation that makes any sense. How should my name appear out of nowhere in any of your spreadsheets / whatever you are using to create these reples. I marked the part that gives an explanation without an explanation actually in red. Quote "Mixed up who said what" - Sure, that would make sense, if anything was said at all (by me). There are no messages from my side in any of the relevant threads, how in the first place could it appear in the "drafting" of anything on your side? It really does not make sense.

Hackers, by the way, move their funds continuously, and most of the hacked amount is still sitting in those wallets because they can't withdraw it or move it out yet due to liquidity and resource issues.
Overtime hackers have got smarter, now they don't move their funds all at once but they use multiple platforms to move those funds. Those hackers mostly covert their hacked coins to privacy coins so they can't get traced, but still some of such hackers got tracked and are behind the bars. Sometimes even innocent ones gets coins with high AML and we can't blame those people because they got such coins without doing anything illegal.

Matches what we'd expect — VPN and Tor traffic both work normally in the vast majority of cases, which is why FP91G's report stands out as worth digging into rather than dismissing. If it turns out to be provider-specific (some VPN IP ranges get caught in broader abuse blocklists maintained by third parties, not by us), that's useful to know and worth documenting for other users hitting the same VPN.
I had a somewhat unusual experience with Allstars Casino last month. It's a VPN-friendly casino, but the first time I tried to access the site, it didn't work. All I saw was the brand's logo and the site never loaded. The issue only appeared when I was connected through Windscribe's German IP addresses. Other server IPs worked fine. Instead of repeating what the Allstars forum rep said regarding the possible reasons for the issue, I will just quote the message below. Maybe it can help you figure out FP91G's problem. I am using Windscribe right now. I have tried multiple server locations. When I am connected to servers in Canada, the US, Scandinavia, and several EU countries that I have tested everything is fine. The only issue seems to be accessing the site with a German VPN IP. All I see is the Allstars monkey logo dancing on the dark blue background and that's it. If you are seeing our pulsing Allstars monkey loading screen, you are successfully reaching our servers and hitting the CDN edge without any geoblocking intervention. What's happening here is that the initial HTML shell loads fine, but the browser is getting stuck trying to pull down the specific Javascript asset bundles or API calls needed to render the full interface over those specific German Windscribe nodes. This is usually caused by localized DNS caching on the VPN's side, or Windscribe's built-in blocklist accidentally false-flagging a necessary script domain or asset route. I’m passing these details over to our dev team so they can check the console logs and perhaps optimize our asset paths for those and similar provider nodes.

Speaking of Windscribe VPN, I also have access to its Singapore and Japanese IP and I can access the website just fine. Regardless of that though, I experience slow speed quite often and it's hard to diagnose whether the website or their server is having issues at times. I'd recommend people to switch to other VPNs even if their use case is limited to accessing instant swap services or browsing the forum tbh.

Yes, that's why I call such exchanges as blessing for crypto users because they can use those exchanges from any part of the world and there's no one going to question them for the swaps. Especially people from those countries can use such exchanges where most regulated exchanges can't work and in such times people from those places can use instant exchanges. A user doesn't have to fear for KYC at no KYC exchanges and that means such users can use Tor or VPN without any issue to further increase their privacy.
People from restricted countries could use DEXs and no KYC exchanges easily, but it is the availability and the biased nature of the data they learn from. As a newbie, I once got wrong information because the article was lacking some real data, which I assume was due to fear of the rules and policies of the platform. We should always read at least two sources about a topic in the newbie phase. In the start it was hard, but now with AI we can ask it if there is any way for us to trade or exchange without giving KYC, and it will give the right answer. But first it will give you a long regulatory lecture, and then you have to find your way around haha.

Yes, decentralized exchanges can be used from anywhere in the world, and similarly no KYC instant exchanges can be used by anyone from any part of the world without any kind of restrictions. I think for such data it's always better to read posts in this forum because here users are very smart and they know everything about such services and they can explain those things in way better words so others can understand those without any issues. When it comes to AI, then still we can't trust it fully because sometimes it gives wrong information, however I must say that nowadays AI is much better than it used to be in past. Those who use services like Dex.fo know better that privacy is a very important thing, and they'll always prefer to use instant exchanges over those KYC exchanges.

Wow, your transaction was completed within a very short time, it felt good to see that. My last transaction took a long time to complete, which you saw but your transaction was completed so quickly and it was nice to see that. If the transactions are completed like this then it feels good to exchange, but if it takes a long time, it feels boring and the customers try to move to another side where the transactions are completed within a shorter time. However, I hope that from now on it will not take much time to complete the transactions. I will try this again and let you know about the next activities.

I am yet to understand whether the selected pair of swap has anything to do with the swap time.

Here's the full list of updates that were completed today. - DEX has updated its guarantee letters; the PGP message now includes the commission percentage.
- The order page now has a direct link to the blockchain explorer (transaction parsing).
- An order status chronology has been added (completed stages are marked as "✅").
- The currency list has been optimized (unavailable trading directions are automatically hidden).
- "TOR Available" has been renamed and highlighted.
- Exchange mode names in PGP emails are now displayed correctly.
- The commission percentage has been added to the order page, and information has been added to the main page (previously, it was vague).
Let's see: Exchange 2500 USDT > 2477.377 USDC, Claim all 25 slots, win $50, have $22.62 profit!
With 7 slots, you pay about $6 plus network fees. I still think a 28% chance is pretty good for that amount, [any ideas regarding raffle are welcome].

Please also share how long your LTC to USDT swap took. Did it take longer than usual for your swap to complete? In my case, I also couldn't completely understand what actually happened, but I will ask the representative of Dex.Fo about why it took longer than normal and what the actual reason is for taking this much time.

The only real explanation would...well..say that the other way around would be normal. I would have zero issues with swaps involving BTC taking an hour or two, we had 2 blocks in 3 hours 3 days ago, which would put the confirmation time alone past the normal exchange time. For LTC/USDT, which are faster coins/tokens with no congestion problems whatsoever lately, you could probably pin this on the liquidity pools and their own settings.
