That’s not always true. Take the review campaigns hosted on this forum where casinos and other services pay forum members to test their services and share their reviews. If you go through some of those campaign threads and read the reviews, you will see that many of them focus on the negative points and the features that need to be added or improved more than just praising the service.
That's the difference and Joyce might not have been aware of the forum review campaigns and how it's being done, where the manager pays members not to praise the casino but to try the casino and give their honest review, not like some shillings jobs and review platform where the casino will have to review what their paid reviewer are doing what ever don't pass review don't get published here even when members are not paid they still test to verify what was said by others if the casino is actually same way it's being praised to be.
The forum members are only interested in genuine reviews and not something that will affect the actual experience of a player from writing what they faced using a casino instead of praising the casino for not being honest with their words.
This forum is different from all other forums that can lie to cover the truth about a casino that is busy treating players anyhow.
